In collaboration with Chicago's vibrant theater community, we bring you the best way to enjoy Proxi in a shorter format to allow for a quick dinner before a show. The menu features a first course of sharables for the table, followed by a choice entree course, and family style dessert, all highlighting our kitchen team's globe-trotting, award-winning style. Available Monday through Saturday, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Please allow approximately 90 minutes for your pre-theater experience.

    Proxi is thrilled to participate in Chicago Restaurant Week 2025! From January 24th through February 9th we will offer a special four-course family style Restaurant Week Menu for $60 per guest. Enhancements will also be available to elevate your experience. The full menu can be viewed on our website www.proxichicago.com or on the Chicago Restaurant Week website www.eatitupchicago.com. Please note that our standard a la carte menu will not be available during Restaurant Week. A credit card will be required to secure your reservation. A $25 charge per guest will be applied to any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your reservation. You will not be charged to make a reservation - payment will be collected at the restaurant.

    Although we tried Proxi for the first time because of restaurant week, we absolutely will be back. Our favorite two dishes were the scallops and the pork jerky but everything was delicious and the service was great.

    We went for restaurant week and it was such a good value for the price. Everything we had was so amazing and we got to try almost everything on the restaurant week menu!

    Went during restaurant week so had a set 3 course menu. The food was beautiful in presentation. Most of the flavors were there but some dishes either had too much salt or were a little on the spicy side. I like heat as a flavor but I prefer that it linger after and not be the primary thing I’m left with. The wait staff was excellent and the Somme had interesting recommendations. Definitely worth the visit!

    Proxi is a spectacular restaurant. Awesome cocktails. Excellent wine selection. And really delicious food. I have been several times, the menu is always different but nonetheless outstanding with a really interesting twist on food. And the service is just spot on. It's a restaurant I keep going back to...

    Overall amazing experience. The entire staff went above and beyond for our anniversary. Similar to sepia Chef Andrew Zimmerman has crafted a beautiful menu that will not disappoint.

    Another outstanding dinner! If I had a nit, it would be there is no obvious vegetarian option for the tasting menu/wine pairing. That said, we made our own vegetarian tasting menu with a wonderful bottle of wine. The winter menu was fantastic and Proxy’s take on kofta rivals/exceeds any Indian Michelin restaurant in the city or the even better authentic Indian places around town. The spicing of these vegetarian dishes is so exquisite and so complex. After a wonderful meal, we had the even more fabulous deserts. Mole torte? Coconut horchata ice cream with white chocolate crumble…just heavenly. Overall a fantastic evening!
