Provisional is a sprawling, sunlit communal dining space featuring a Vittoria Coffee espresso bar, bistro tables, and a retail space set within a greenhouse, where guests can shop a curated collection of homeware, ceramics, apothecary items, pantry staples, and jewelry.

We had an amazing experience our waiter was excellent knowledgeable, and very patient. The food was amazing, we will definitely be back

Staff indifferent. No help on menu. Were told they only had 6:00 pm reservations which was fine, but then seemed to want us out fast despite the restaurant being empty. Require $150 payment to reserve a table. Food okay but nothing special.

Our meal was fantastic… the food was delicious and the cuisine was creative and elevated… the service was outstanding and it really felt like a special meal.

I had stayed at The Pendry in 2018 for my daughter's wedding weekend and enjoyed breakfast here several times then, so I brought visiting friends for brunch. We were not disappointed. Great food and friendly service, and the Moet vending machine is always a hit.

Loved our 2nd year anniversary here. Took my girlfriend out for Valentine’s Day , first time at the restaurant not knowing what to expect. Was greeted warmly and walked to our seats within 3 minutes of arrival. I asked the front desk if they could do a cute decoration on our desert for our anniversary and they did! Expect to spend around 300-400$ if attending for valentines. Have never spent this much on food but it was definitely worth the experience! (Loved the oysters wish there would’ve been 3/4 instead of just2)

Took us over 2 hours to get through the 3 courses. They brought the wrong course and then they forgot about us. We waited n waited then finally they got it right. Our server was awesome and understood why we felt this way. The last course the steak was ice cold. Ruined a Valentine’s Day dinner for me and my girl.
