Prost! is a refreshing experience located downtown Frankenmuth! Offering a wide selection of wine and beer from around the globe, along with perfectly crafted cocktails. Our menu encompasses the European culture from imported charcuterie and cheese, shareable plates, salads, paninis and heartier dishes. We are dedicated to ensuring our guests are given a welcoming experience and bringing something new to the community for all to enjoy!

In the summer, our intimate dining space opens to the wonderful outdoors, leading to a patio on Main St.

Three of us had brunch here Sunday, Sept 1. Weather was great so got a table outside. the Lobster Benedict was delicious. Serving size was large. $5 Bloody Marys for Brunch. Serve was impeccable. Would like to go again and have wine and charcuterie.

my experience was excellent the service, the food and the ambience. The only thing about the experience that was dislikable was the absolute insane amount of noise inside the restaurant and with the front door open all the time the amount of flies and bees wasn’t fun.

The dog patio policy is ridiculous. Why does this location only have two tables, so they claim, that dogs are allowed at. When the whole patio is outside. We go to the Bay City location all of the time with absolutely no issues when we bring our 6lb dog. We’ll remember to not return to the Frankenmuth location.

Hi there, the policy is different in Frankenmuth than Bay City because we operate under a difference set of Health Department rules. We understand this can be frustrating, so in an attempt to find a compromise, we allow guests to sit along the fence line with their dogs. We know this may not be ideal, but this is the best we can do with the rules we have in our area. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

Build your own charcuterie and white fish dip. Very good. Sweet wine tasting was excellent Out waiter,Nick, took very special care of us Overall a great evening

This was our second time eating at Prost in 3 days because we loved it so much the first time! The food was amazing and so were the drinks. The staff is very attentive, personable and helpful when we had questions. Service was very timely. We enjoyed it both times on all levels!
