Prost! is a refreshing experience located downtown Frankenmuth! Offering a wide selection of wine and beer from around the globe, along with perfectly crafted cocktails. Our menu encompasses the European culture from imported charcuterie and cheese, shareable plates, salads, paninis and heartier dishes. We are dedicated to ensuring our guests are given a welcoming experience and bringing something new to the community for all to enjoy!

In the summer, our intimate dining space opens to the wonderful outdoors, leading to a patio on Main St.

Prost is amazing!!! I personally have never been to such a unique restaurant with so many drink and creative food options. Everything I've ever eaten or drank here is SO good. So fun to be able to create your own little charcuterie board and even offer a mini kids version. 100/10 my friends and I love Prost!

Our first visit, brought two friends for lunch. Service was excellent, friendly and professional. We each ordered something different and food was delicious. We sat inside, we didn’t realize that both guests wear hearing devices. The noise level made discussion a little difficult. Not the restaurant’s fault. Perhaps sitting outside will be a better option next time. Loved decor both inside and outside.

Great place for lunch. Outdoor dining was great. Excellent service. Enjoyed the DJ outside last Saturday.

We enjoyed the entire experience. The service was fantastic, unlike many restaurants where you have one server, everyone takes care of you and checks on you when they go by. Yes we had our main server who was fantastic, on two occasions another server asked how we were doing and got a refill for one of our guests. The charcuterie board was fantastic and the food done perfectly. The wine selection was great as well as the cocktail menu. Great Job by all!!!

Our book club sat outside on their upper patio. It was a lovely and quiet area for our group to talk. Food, wine and cocktails were all fabulous. Service is top notch!

This is our favorite place in Frankenmuth. The smoked whitefish dip is delicious! Our server was absolutely DELIGHTFUL! “Wine Wednesday” features half off all bottles of wine. The service, food and drinks are excellent. Love. This. Place.

been at Prost several years ago and loved it so much that we made an effort to stop in Frankenmuth to go to Prost for two nights...especially for the pate....second night - Monday - was no better that first night (Sunday) which was disappointing....pate was really boring, but they went out of their way to accommodate my toothless husband which was nice. Didn't offer dessert - we had to ask...got the torte which was nice.

Hi Leslie! I am wondering if the pate you had during your previous visit, was our house made pate that we no longer have on our menu. The pate we have now is locally made from our local butcher shop... it's a liver and bacon pate. Thanks for your review and we look forward to making your next visit a 5 star experience!

We had been there before and loved it so much that we decided to stay a couple nights in Frankenmuth just to go to Prost two nights; pate was main reason that we came back....however, this time was disappointing...pate was really ordinary and variable (ate there two nights - Sunday was somewhat ok) , mozzarella was too bland...crab linguini -garlic was too strong....never offered us desert on Sunday
