Prost! is a refreshing experience located downtown Frankenmuth! Offering a wide selection of wine and beer from around the globe, along with perfectly crafted cocktails. Our menu encompasses the European culture from imported charcuterie and cheese, shareable plates, salads, paninis and heartier dishes. We are dedicated to ensuring our guests are given a welcoming experience and bringing something new to the community for all to enjoy!

In the summer, our intimate dining space opens to the wonderful outdoors, leading to a patio on Main St.

We drive from SW Ohio to Northern Michigan each summer. This year we drove halfway on Friday evening and then finished the trip on Saturday. This restaurant is where we stopped for dinner. It was absolutely delicious. Set in an amazing and cute little town, this restaurant had amazing ambience and atmosphere. The staff was great and super friendly. The crab salad was fantastic, but the smoked whitefish and brie/grape crostini were showstoppers. You will not be disappointed.

We went for charcuterie and we were not disappointed. The German selection, especially the mustard was good. The ambience is casual, without any pretense.

My husband and I had a great dinner at Prost. Food and wine were both excellent and the service was awesome. Would definitely recommend

Outstanding place: we enjoyed sharing a couple of boards, asking for our waitstaff's suggestion, which never are wrong, adding a flatbread and finishing up with suggested crème brûlée. Perfection. Our waiter,Cody, was the example of who all waitstaff should be: kind, attentive but not overbearing, knowledgeable, knew when to engage and when to leave us to our own conversation...he should give lessons. While the other restaurants in Frankenmuth pride themselves on still serving the same recipes from years gone by, Prost reminds you that the present is quite wonderful and we have a future that we can look forward to as well.

Charcuterie board was excellent. The drink selection was also wide and presented in a wonderfully bound book. They have indoor and outdoor seating. We were seated outside without being asked if we had a preference. I think they did so because we had a child in the party. We also had our server switch after the first server informed us he would be serving us. The 2nd server was lovely but I feel like she had a few too many tables as she always seemed busy.

Excessively long wait (about 50 minutes)for our food and the food was not a good value for the money. We had high expectations but Prost fell short.

We enjoyed a build-your-own charcuterie board, salad, and drinks - all delicious! I would advise making a reservation. We’ve had friends who could not get a table due to a long wait.
