Prost! is a new refreshing experience located in Uptown Bay City! Offering a wide selection of wine and beer from around the globe, along with perfectly crafted cocktails. Our menu encompasses the European culture from imported charcuterie and cheese, shareable plates, salads, paninis and heartier dishes. We are dedicated to ensuring our guests are given a welcoming experience and bringing something new to the community for all to enjoy!

In the summer, our intimate dining space opens to the wonderful outdoors, leading to a lovely patio experience!

Great place for outdoor dining. Nice ambiance and outstanding service. The inside seating looked lovely as well. Food was good and had some different offerings. I recommend.

We celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary with a trip to the east side of the state and chose Prost for Sunday brunch. The whipped honey ricotta was out of this world divine. Loved the ambiance, our server went above and beyond and they even brought out glasses of sparkling rose with a lit sparkler on top of a chocolate truffle. We would highly recommend. Loved the bathroom design as well.

Our server, I cant remember his name, was outstanding!! So good at keeping touch with us throughout the meal and developed such quick rapport with us. We celebrated a birthday & mini bridal shower too and he was on top of it with the timing of the dessert & champs! Espresso martini was such a must!!

Dining outdoors on the small but nice atıp with a lovely breeze was wonderful. Highlight was the service-prompt, helpful, friendly. Could use a bit more greenery for the somewhat urban setting but all in all good food and wine. Would highly recommend.

Thank you Kate! We hope to see you again! We had wonderful landscaping added all along the fenceline in Sept 2022 and it continues to grow and flourish each summer season! We look forward to the continued maturity of our landscaping in the future to add that atmosphere! Our Frankenmuth location is a wonderful example of what time can do!
