Prost! is a new refreshing experience located in Uptown Bay City! Offering a wide selection of wine and beer from around the globe, along with perfectly crafted cocktails. Our menu encompasses the European culture from imported charcuterie and cheese, shareable plates, salads, paninis and heartier dishes. We are dedicated to ensuring our guests are given a welcoming experience and bringing something new to the community for all to enjoy!

In the summer, our intimate dining space opens to the wonderful outdoors, leading to a lovely patio experience!

    Dining outdoors on the small but nice atıp with a lovely breeze was wonderful. Highlight was the service-prompt, helpful, friendly. Could use a bit more greenery for the somewhat urban setting but all in all good food and wine. Would highly recommend.

    Brenda makes a killer Smoked Negroni. Had the Garlic Parm Fries, Stuffed Mushrooms and a build your own charcuterie board. Real good food. Good service.

    Prost was a great location for a dinner with friends and family. It has a nice vibe and great cocktails. Also, the food was amazing. They have a wide vareity of items. We were celebrating a couple of life events, and the waiter even brought us champagne and desserts for free! We will totally be back.

    The place was super clean and had a great ambiance, especially outside. The service was great and the food was amazing. Plus they have a great wine selection.

    This is hands down our favorite restaurant in Bay City. Not only is the food wonderful, but the personal touch and service level cannot be beat.
