Prost! is a new refreshing experience located in Uptown Bay City! Offering a wide selection of wine and beer from around the globe, along with perfectly crafted cocktails. Our menu encompasses the European culture from imported charcuterie and cheese, shareable plates, salads, paninis and heartier dishes. We are dedicated to ensuring our guests are given a welcoming experience and bringing something new to the community for all to enjoy!

In the summer, our intimate dining space opens to the wonderful outdoors, leading to a lovely patio experience!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Prost for our 4 year anniversary! The ambience and food was fantastic as always. I love that the gluten free accommodations make you feel like a “normal” eater! They even brought out a gluten free dessert and drinks to celebrate our anniversary.

Price is a little high for portion size but the food, service, and atmosphere out weighs that! We will be back

Love the ambience and vibe (except the piped in music could be a better style choice). Food very good, fresh, quick service, great bartenders with friendly conversation.

celeste is the best server! mimosas, berry ricotta flatbread, and the flourless chocolate torte were all amazing.

Always a great experience. Staff will go out of their way to ensure an excellent experience. The atmosphere and surroundings are wonderful. Menu is perfect for everyone's needs and wants. Looking forward to next time.

Food has always been good, but on this visit, our server was exceptional! Extremely knowledgeable and pleasant.

Excellent restaurant with over the top charcuterie, great service, wonderful wine list and a special mention to the woman on the door who conducted the show so well as I watched her from my seat…a real pro who under pressure never even looked harried on a very busy night Five stars in an unexpected location but I can see why people go Out of their way to go there
