Very disappointed have gone many times before and had good experiences, this time not so much, Part of order was inedible the pasta was hard the egglant parm was very oily.

Amazing food and the drink options were incredible. Also love the singer during the Wednesday evening experience. Ronnie Wylder was amazing and hoping to be back to hear her play and sing again.

Very pricey for the meal 🥘 that was served and because everything seemed too expensive for ala cart items!

This place is underrated. The ambiance was great. All you need to know is 3 words - pasta cheese wheel. Dinner and a show basically! The server was so nice. The bread was very tasty. My husband said the minestrone soup was his favorite of all. And the pasta cheese wheel - wow. The portions are very good. The price is on par with everything else. I’d pay $50-60 a person for that pasta wheel.

Every aspect of our dinner here was a 10. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and the cheese wheel dish was perfect as were all the other dishes we ordered. Of the many many Fine dining restaurants we have tried in Henderson and Las Vegas Prosecco is at the very top of the list! Just fantastic!

Last night we went to Proseccos's for my Birthday dinner. My best friend from high school, who I have not seen in 15 years came to town from KC to celebrate. Our dinner was fantastic. My husband and I are Vegan diners. The staff willingly took care of each food discipline. The have such a wonderful herb dip for the bread but with anchovies in it we can not longer enjoy so, they brought us balsamic and evo. Perfect! My friend had the lobster ravioli which she loved. Her husband has spaghetti which he enjoyed. My husband and both had the Capellini Pompodoro. It was delicious. The wine and cocktails were great. The service on point, efficient, just truly nice all around. They had a female singer who was fantastic! Thank you to a Great Restaurant for a Wonderful evening!

Service is always excellent at this restaurant and the food is always very good. Prices seem to have increased quite a bit so the value is not that good.

I'm never disappointed when I eat here. The food is always prepared perfectly and the bar is a great hang. I eat at the bar 3 out of 4 visits as a rule. This kitchen cares about the food that they offer and it shows in every dish. This is definitely the best Italian restaurant I encountered in Henderson and I've eaten at quited a few.
