Prosciutto Bros. is a warehouse factory converted into a Craft Bar, a big red brick building in the industrial area of Eltham, frequented by locals who love an icy craft beer, with 20 Craft Beer taps and a great wine list to match. Prosciutto Bros menu is designed for sharing, very home-style Italian, featuring imported smoked, salted, preserved and cooked meats and cheeses showcased on display in our deli window, served as antipasti platters, charcuterie and cheese boards. We also have a wood fired oven, where an array of pizzas are cooked, some topped with meatballs, salami's and of course Prosciutto, a range of other plates, like a trio of dips with freshly baked bread, home-made meatballs, home-made gnocchi and many other "Little Tings". Live music every Friday & Saturday night, always bringing the dance floor to life and for a more chilled Sunday afternoon, live acoustic music is played.

Bottomless Brunch at PBs is available Saturdays & Sundays at 12pm or 12.30pm and runs for 3 hours. For only $75 you get to select two food items off our brunch menu and drink unlimited cocktails for 3 hours from our specially designed cocktail menu.

Friday and Saturday we have a 2hr early sitting available. Once sitting ends, please vacate the table, however you're welcome to stay at the venue.

Great place for a night out with good lively atmosphere. Live music and lots of people up dancing and decent food. However I wouldn’t recommend going if you want to engage in conversation as the music way too loud,so either have to text the person opposite or lose your voice shouting.

Booked a table for 10, only 8 seats were available. Tables were too close together, could barely fit in our seats. Staff could barely serve food, because the tables were that jam packed. Music was way too loud for that early in the night. Staff and food were terrific but the experience was horrible.

The room between the tables was very tight. Often had to get up off the seat to allow people to move past. Enjoyed the music played by the band and the ambiance had a good feel vibe about it. An excellent night for us Gen Xs.

We booked a big group table here for my husbands birthday and we were really impressed. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the pizza was amazing and it was a really cosy fun atmosphere. The live music was a bonus!

Had a lovely time, trivia night was fun. Food was good, cocktails average. It was just really cold inside. We asked the staff to turn the heaters on several times but nothing!
