Propagation Whiskey Bar and Kitchen is setting the bar in beautiful downtown Plant City. Featuring an elevated dining experience from Executive Chef Rocco Taliani. Propagation Whiskey Bar and Kitchen is home to more than 150 whiskeys and full cocktail bar. Our happy hour begins at 3pm and concludes at 5pm everyday with dinner service beginning at 5pm and concluding at 10pm (9pm on Sunday) Thursday - Saturday we offer late night menu from 10pm - 12am. Join us for formal dining in our dining room or enjoy a cocktail in our Palmer Room. Every piece in Propagation was built with intent. from our custom shelving and liquor lockers to the restored original floors from 1909. We look forward to sharing a whiskey with you.

Fabulous! All of it! Our server was attentive and super helpful! Food was amazing! Roast chicken and brussel sprouts were perfect! The ambiance is a great vibe and this whole place is a welcome, much needed addition to downtown Plant City. We will be back again and again!

Nice place, good food, excellent service. The prices seem a bit over priced. Have whiskey flights!!! Menu is a bit and hard to determine which ones to select (so many options )

What a wonderful place the waiter and his help were amazing the whiskey was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious would recommend it to anyone

Propagation Whiskey Bar & Kitchen is an absolute gem! The food was simply incredible, bursting with flavor, and the whiskey selection was top-notch. The service was impeccable, with the staff making sure every detail was perfect. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, creating the ideal setting for a memorable date night. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great meal, excellent drinks, and an unforgettable evening!

This place has it all. Locally owned, great chef, diverse foodie menu, consistent quality, incredible service and a great value. It’s such a great addition to the community - beyond expectations!

Excellent dining experience! Classy atmosphere and outstanding service and food. The pork belly appetizer was unique and delicious! Great bar with lots of choices. Thank you Brandon for your hospitality and for bringing such a fun place to downtown Plant City.

Our server was excellent and the food was delicious! It was very busy, understandable for opening weekend so it took a little longer to get seated. But that just gave us time to grab a seat at the bar and enjoy their tasty cocktails. We recommend the filet mignon and hush puppies. We’ll be back!
