Propagation Whiskey Bar and Kitchen is setting the bar in beautiful downtown Plant City. Featuring an elevated dining experience from Executive Chef Rocco Taliani. Propagation Whiskey Bar and Kitchen is home to more than 150 whiskeys and full cocktail bar. Our happy hour begins at 3pm and concludes at 5pm everyday with dinner service beginning at 5pm and concluding at 10pm (9pm on Sunday) Thursday - Saturday we offer late night menu from 10pm - 12am. Join us for formal dining in our dining room or enjoy a cocktail in our Palmer Room. Every piece in Propagation was built with intent. from our custom shelving and liquor lockers to the restored original floors from 1909. We look forward to sharing a whiskey with you.

Considering they just opened, kinks need to be worked on. But will definitely go back

We had the beef tartar, pork and dumplings, and the roast chicken along with a couple of cocktails. Everything was superb from the food to service to ambiance. Looking forward to our next visit.

The food and the service was impeccable! Highly recommend! The staff was very friendly and efficient. We had our food within minutes.

I cannot say enough great things about this place! Just opened the doors & they already have it down like a fine science! The bourbon selection is out of this world & 10 stars on the delicious food! Will definitely be back, time and time again!

Hard opening nite isn’t fair to judge. 160 whiskeys on the menu. Our server was not prepared to be busy, not knowledgeable on menu or drinks, and lacked experience. All that is trainable and we all start the learning process sometime. Tap water had terrible taste. Possibly RO system??? Bottled was not an option. They are building the wine list, but have red & white. A little pricy, I but think they should do well based on the growth in the area. 2 entrees & 2 wines $100 + tip.

Collin was super nice and let us know about a lot the new menu. He was helpful in letting us know what’s a good substitute since a few items weren’t available. Got a few cocktails and loved the setting, sat near the mural on the wall, beautifully painted.
