My partner and I visited Proof Bar for our first Valentine's together. The service, quality of food and generosity of the staff greatly exceeded our expectations. I ordered the salmon poke and he ordered the 8oz burger. The food was all delicious! For dessert, we ordered the apple crumble and s'mores tart. The icing on the cake was when the chef made a complimentary heart-shaped mousse dessert to acknowledge Valentine's. Dining in an igloo with snow around truly took the experience to another level. There's no doubt we'll be back again!

The overall experience was great! They were very accommodating. The bill was very high for the food amount thats the only draw back. Everything else was what I hoped for. Beautiful setting, amazing staff!

Food was excellent. Proper European three course dinner. We had the dome which was a very romantic intimate way to eat dinner. Got lucky with the weather and snow was swirling all around. Our server Vlad was immaculate- just the right balance of dropping in on time with courses and leaving us to it

Perfect place for pre-convert events or spot to hang out for late afternoon or evening drinks and food. Lots of tasty dishes to choose from. Excellent service. Staff wonderful.

The atmosphere was wonderful, like a winter wonderland with cozy igloos, blankets, cushions, and outside there were trees, firewood, and a cozy fire. It felt like I was far away from being in the middle of Toronto! The food was delicious, flavorful and creative. The service was just lovely, attentive and just right! The igloo had 2 heaters in it so the temperature was comfortable. It was a memorable experience. I will certainly go again!
