   It was AMAZING! I booked a reservation for my sister's bachloate party and it was above our expectations. The place is nicely renovated and with such cute details. The tea selection was good and could order a coffee as well. The food was delicious and thoughtful. Our waitress was super sweet, she was detailed and when we asked if she could take pictures of us she took a bunch from different angels. Would come back here again!

   Prologue’s Afternoon Tea is worthwhile to check out in great company. What stood out on this visit was their pleasant service staff who was absolutely attentive and friendly!

   We went for afternoon tea. Our server was friendly, but once she brought the food, that was it. We were N.E. Ed offered more Prosecco or tea. The cafe is adjacent to the hotel lobby, so the noise of people checking in and kids running around the lobby distracts a bit. Food was just ok. There are nicer afternoon tea places in town.

   I called ahead for about allergies one of my guests has and they assured me that they would be able to accommodate this but on the day, they said they were not informed and that there was no options that my friend could eat. So she had nothing. Service was bad overall, food was cold and dry but the cafe itself is very pretty.

   We sat and waited for someone to take our drink order for almost 30 mins. She was by herself and was doing the best she could. She had a table of 10, a table of 6 and two tables of 2. Was not realistic to expect her to be able to do all of that by herself and provide quality service.

   We were excited to come out for a Mother's Day brunch, last time we were there we got offered the high tea despite being a bit early for it and when I asked the server was a bit rude with her answer. Then when we asked to see a drink menu (which we had last time) the server informed us that the drink menu was only for dinner time and when I ask why and explained that we had one last time we came for brunch there was no proper answer. Once everyone who was there for high tea came our server barely came to our table, we received the wrong wings but after 30min we got the right kind, one of us asked for no ginger and had ginger still (it's a food sensitivity), we also asked for a side of mayo for something and that didn't come out for the very over cooked fries. Overall the service was below sub par, and the food was also sub par. Very disappointing considering we had a wonderful experience last time.

   The Afternoon Tea was lovely! There was live music, the food was delicious and there was a variety of teas to choose from. Service was a *tiny* bit slow but there was only one staff member to tend to the multiple tables. She never stopped moving though!! I’m definitely going to bring friends by for this experience!

   The pianist was very talented and played many favorites of my aunt. The noise is a bit high for conversation if seated near a boisterous party. The food was good but some elements were too dry (cucumber sandwiches, raspberry financier), too heavy (black sesame waffles were thick, perhaps blini would be better?). Server Raquel went out of her way to make the occasion (a birthday) memorable, offering to take photos, bringing a birthday dessert plate. Overall, a nice afternoon tea, with a good amount of food. I remain a little shocked at the price.

    We went in but no one greeted us. We sat ourselves in the right corner cross the bar. The 2 girls working didn’t not come over even after seeing us sit down. We watched One of the girls working leave and maybe her shifted ended. We still waited about 20 mins hoping the other girl working could serve us but nope. We then decided to leave from the exit door. On the way out I asked the girl if we the manager was in but was told he/she is probably upstairs and I could leave my contact info. I told the girl I had reservations but she didn’t bother to ask if we would like to order anything.
