    We booked and Did the pairing with wine experience. Place was empty. 4 tables! Dinner took almost 3 hours. 3/4 courses cold. Had to return Risotto as it was cold and sour. Replacement was a bland gnocchi. Main course steak was cold. They reheated and then came back overcooked. Nothing was to make it right. Best course was a premade cheesecake for dessert. Complained and got told there was no manager on duty. Unacceptable. $105 pp plus tax and automatic service charge?! Ridiculous and unacceptable. Best thing of the day was the drinks. After dessert Asked for manager info and got ignored. Go elsewhere!

    Everything on the menu is delicious. Getting a table without doing it days in advance is a problem(even if there are tables open when you walk in)

    Prole is a gem. Great cocktails and some of the best dishes that you will find in PR. Their risotto is amazing.

    Mi primera vez en el restaurante. Excelente servicio y la comida🤌🏽 deliciosa. Obsesionada con los short rib arancinis. Definitivamente, regresaré. 100% recomendado.

    Cilantro Hummus, Tuna steak and mushrooms gnocchi was exceptional. A must in calle Cerra!

    This kitchen is not trying to be anything it’s not, unpretentious, and honest delicious food. I’ve been more than a handful of times and I have to say from the kitchen, management, to the servers, to the bar, they ALL execute. I don’t know any meal where I’ve eaten more. Started with a tequila blanco espresso martini, then the broccolini with bacon and hot honey, followed by the fried shrimp with green mojo (one of my favorite apps), and another (reposado this time) espresso martini. From then I moved on to the veal chop (hefty and sublime 1lbs. of meat) and my partner to the slow roasted ribs (which fell off the bone and the meat melted like butter). I ate most of the apps, the whole veal chop & half of the ribs with the gruyere and cheddar Mac & cheese. This does not include the side of arugula and tomato risotto (took home half). Then a Fernet Branca and presto manifesto, off to bed.

    The food was good, but not wow. They take your entire order upfront, meaning you have to put in your apps and entree order together. I didn’t mind so much, until they dropped off all the appetizers at once, instead of staggering them so we could enjoy each plate. The ricotta cheese app left a lot to be desired and very overpriced for what tasted like plain ricotta cheese. Wine list was underwhelming. No ambiance whatsoever not even light music. I could see the potential but unfortunately the experience and value did not live up to the price.
