Welcome to Project Gigglewater, your go-to cocktail bar in Toronto’s Dundas West. Named after Prohibition-era slang for alcohol, we’re dedicated to crafting the city’s best cocktails! Enjoy creative and classic drinks paired with locally loved share plates, served late into the night.

Near Ossington, we’re a local favourite, offering inventive and timeless cocktails. Our menu features unique twists on old favourites and exciting new creations.

Try our Chicharrones & Guac’, Tuna Crudo, and famous Smash Burgers—some of the best in the city!

Such a neat spot, went on a Saturday night for date night. Amazing selection of drinks, delicious food, only wish there were more options for a full meal. Really good hiphop music, super cool for younger people. Ambience was neat with the candlelight dinner. All the food was great. Could have done without the poke tuna though.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Sat at the bar w friends shared awesome plates. Burger is unreal. Staff was friendly and hospitable. And the cocktails were next level.

We always enjoy our experience at Project Gigglewater! Their burger alone is a reason to go but apart from that, the innovative drinks and great service keeps us coming back.

Friendly, attentive, and knowledgable staff. Great recommendations were given when asked for. The Clarified Bloody Mary was a particularly offbeat and original cocktail. The space is interesting and aesthetic, with a relaxed ambiance. Overall a very pleasant space to enjoy a couple of evening drinks with friends. Highly recommend.

Such a cool spot! We had the brown butter wallbanger and French 75. Both drinks were delicious and balanced. The food is awesome too, and the vibe is immaculate. So glad to have found this neighbourhood gem.
