Welcome to Project Gigglewater, your go-to cocktail bar in Toronto’s Dundas West. Named after Prohibition-era slang for alcohol, we’re dedicated to crafting the city’s best cocktails! Enjoy creative and classic drinks paired with locally loved share plates, served late into the night.

Near Ossington, we’re a local favourite, offering inventive and timeless cocktails. Our menu features unique twists on old favourites and exciting new creations.

                            I reached out ahead of going since my partner is a wheelchair user. While the bar isn’t accessible (step to get in, washroom downstairs), the staff responded quickly to let us know what the obstacles were and apologized for the inaccessibility. We decided to go anyways and the staff offered to help in anyway they could. They were ready at the door and offered to help lift my partner’s chair into the bar. Was really impressed by how helpful the team was :) The festive decor was so fun and the food and drinks were amazing!! Service was friendly and as quick as it could be considering how busy they were. Great experience :)

                            Good idea, pretty decent food and drink offerings, but found it was not the festive vibe we were seeking. The website when we booked told us there was a one hour seating but did the greeter have to keep confirming we had only ONE HOUR to sit??? Very off putting especially when we were on time, had to wait to be seated, and waited even longer to finally get the attention of a server. Music and decorations were ok but there was something flat and formulaic about the whole place. Ok for 1 visit -will not be repeating.

                            Christmas experience is terrible. You will get charged 20% gratuity for a group of 6 people and get kicked out in n hour. We were rushed through the order, and then the waitress was counting down the time we had left at the table every 5 minutes. Pure scam. Limited selection of drinks and food and totally not worth it. Will never be doing that again.

                            Guy at the front door is rude.....no personality...I hope he isn't the owner...it lacks 'christmas spirit ' for a Christmas themed bar?! Drinks are great...oh well

                            We went for drinks only as a 60 minutes seating is a bit short. The Holiday decorations were very nice and the festive drink were good. But a one-hour time Slot is quite steep and takes away from the experience.

                            The 1hr time limit is kinda ridiculous especially for people willing to spend enough money on drinks and food. Food is sub-par. The famous smash burger was disappointing. It was very salty. The cocktails are ok. Our waiter was super nice though so service is good.

                            Having to put in a credit card just to make a reservation is pretty annoying. I get that they only charge you if you don’t show up, but it still feels unnecessary. Also, the 1-hour time limit is super short. Most places give you at least 1.5 hours, so it’s frustrating to feel rushed here. On the bright side, the cocktails are great, and the decorations are really nice. I just wish they had mocktail options—it would’ve been nice to see a bigger selection for non-drinkers.
