This place is amazing! Very well staffed and a friendly environment. We saw this place on Instagram and knew that we needed to come for my fiancés birthday. The pizza was phenomenal. We thoroughly enjoyed both the Humboldt Pizza and the Deluxe Sausage and Pepper. We got two different crusts to test at least two of the five different crust options. We had a manager stop over and several other staff to check in and help clear the tables which was amazing. The Professor was even in the house, he stopped over to talk to us which was SO awesome. Very genuine and kind owner, even gave us some time to ask some questions! To end the birthday celebration, we ordered the cannoli trio, TO. DIE. FOR. We will absolutely be back to try more of the menu! Absolutely recommend for a date night, family dinner, or even stopping for a bite with a group of friends! One thing I will say is they charged an 18% gratuity on our bill which is fine, however, they didn't tell us that they were doing that (we were a party of two). I'm glad that we noticed it otherwise we would have tipped 25% on top of the 18% gratuity already. And truly the service deserves a 25% gratuity.

Was super excited to check this place. Based on the photos online and reputation, it sounded delicious, but was seriously disappointed. App arrived with sauces just spread out, blending together on plate, not in separate bowls as pictured online. Ordered a Detroit and grandma style pizza. Detroit somehow came out first but the grandma style seemed overcooked. The crust was hard as a rock. Toppings were lacking with hardly any mushrooms or chili. Couldn’t even taste the leeks. Was on a time constraint and my friend was bringing a pizza home to get fiancé so didn’t have time to ask for a new pizza.

Service was very slow with few updates from our waitress. After 1.5 hours, our pizza came out and we were told that there were problems in the kitchen.

Horrible service for food that is just okay. Waited over an hour for simple appetizers and took almost 1.5 hours for our food. They were not understaffed and there were only 2 other tables at the time.

We ordered garlic knots, white pie, and gabagool pizza both with grandma crust. After a few mins the waitress tells us they’re out of grandma crust. Seems weird they’re out so early on a Saturday but we then changed to the white pie on cracker and the gabagool on New York crust. Garlic knots were very good and the sauce it came with was also good, appetizers coming in an odd number is a pet peeve of mine, it came with 5. Then we got the white pie and ate almost half of it by the time the gabagool came out. The gabagool pizza is the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Tastes like olives and tomato, super acidic and could not taste any of the other ingredients. The crust was under cooked and floppy, real New York crust has some hold to it so when you pick it up so all the ingredients don’t slide off. Overall not a great experience, would be weary to come back. Spent $100 for one 12 inch pizza and garlic knots because we couldn’t eat the other pizza.

The restaurant has a nice ambiance and is in a great location. We were early to our reservation and they still seated us, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, our server was not very attentive and didn't offer a refill or another round of drinks until after we had finished our meal. (The cocktails were delicious, perhaps a little watered down.) She did warn us that the pizza would take about a half hour to cook, which we were fine with. I think it came out in a timely manner, however it was not hot when it came out so perhaps it does not need a half hour to cook. We ordered the Deluxe pepperoni. The sauce was undercooked (nearly raw, crunchy onions) and really sweet. The pepperonis were good, but not very crispy. I don't think there was a hot honey drizzle on it. We took the leftovers home and they did reheat nicely in the air fryer with extra hot honey from home! Perhaps this is more of a take out place. We were really excited to try this place because of the positive reviews, we may try it again for take out.

The worst service I’ve experienced in any restaurant throughout the entire city. Would only suggest doing take out from this establishment until the staff is fully trained on service.

Great food. A must try. Had two different crust styles the New York and Detroit both equally as good.

The pizza and appetizers are not the ‘usual’ fare! We had onion rings wrapped with mozzarella and three of their house made sauces. Delicious! The pizzas had 5 crusts to choose from and the wait staff took time to explain each since it was our first visit. They did not disappoint- everything had a fresh and original taste.
