We had an absolutely amazing time. From the owner to the manager Tyanna the service was awesome. The pizza and drinks were fantastic, but more importantly the entire team made sure we had a fantastic experience. Can’t wait to go back.

I can no longer eat pizza elsewhere in Chicago. Professor pizza puts everyone else to shame. Great Food, great service. Best in town! Be back soon

I had heard so much about Professor Pizza and online the pizzas looked delicious. The owner and chef has an impressive resume, including stints at some of the best restaurants in the city. I’m giving the 3 stars because they had some delicious roasted carrots on the starters menu that were divine. PP offers five different crust styles, starting with a cracker crust, the thinnest, up to a Detroit style, the thickest crust. We opted for the cracker crust. About 10 minutes after placing our order a waitress (not ours) came by and said the cracker crusts were 86 for the night. What? It was a little after 5:00pm. How can you be out of a certain crust? Aren’t all the pizzas made from the same dough? Well, ok, whatever. Let’s try the next thinnest crust, the New York style. We ordered a deluxe sausage and peppers to which we adds black olives. They also put pepperoni on the pizza, which we didn’t order. To say that the pizza was sloppy mess would be an understatement. While the flavors were delicious, the slices were soggy and limp and the only one could eat them was with a knife and fork. It was a disappointing first time experience. Not sure I’d go back.

Great pizza! Apps were a little on the small side but pizzas were solid value. Very nice space too!

Great thin crust pizzas with wide variety of beers on tap/bottled. Other crusts available to try in future visits. Had a very friendly and attentive server.

Had two great experiences here and will go back but this time both pizzas came out cold. We were in a hurry and no time to send them back :(
