The staff here have always been friendly and helpful. Pizzas here were well made and tasty. And despite being a busy Saturday night came out quickly. We also had a salad which was very nice as well. Made the whole experience pleasant and we will definitely be back again.

We booked for 9 people for Father's Day and unfortunately one person was not able to come. We were then forced by the restaurant to pay for 9 people. It was not necessary to do this as no food was pre ordered. We were disappointed as they could have reduced our cost to 8 people. We won't be going back to this place.

The website promised authentic Italian cuisine & experience, sadly, it was anything but. We chose this over other fabulous Italian restaurants we normally go to, for a change. Big mistake! It felt like eating in a food court but paying for a restaurant quality experience. The staff were sarcastic and openly condescending. The Manager quipped " the menu says vegan doesn't it" to something I asked about a pizza called "Vegana". A polite yeah its a non dairy option would be enough. We don't red / speak Italian and that was a genuine polite question. Throughout our stay I could hear the whisper and judging us for asking for cheese to be put on top. The food was pretty average too, it came all rushing out in one go - drinks, pizzas, pastas and sat on our table getting cold. Which self respecting restaurant serves everything in one hit? Especially when we first ordered drinks? Its common sense to give it 10 minutes to enjoy our drink first. The taste was pretty average too. The Arrabbiata was not spicy, although by definition it is a spicy variant. We were squashed between two busy tables, and to one side there was a man and his child, who playing noisily on his ipad with the volume turned up to full. The staff nor the dad (who btw were all speaking to each other as if they were mates from the same country) saw nothing wrong with the clearly disruptive behaviour. To top all this, they have a credit card surcharge (no, not just on AMEX but on every type of credit card - even Visa & Master). At check out, the eftpos machine was thrust at us aggressively, with tipping options, which is annoying as in Australia, where service tax is already inclusive. It's just a franchise chain of restaurants like the ones you see in Malls, not really a proper restaurant. Never going back.

Pizza is great, ambience and service is great, but unfortunately the pastas had absolutely no flavour. The garlic bread was amazing though.
