Very nice fine dining experience. The staff were amazing and the food was extremely well put together with flavour profiles that kept you guessing what each dish was going to be.

Prince Cerami is a culinary gem that truly deserves its Michelin star status. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with outstanding service that made us feel welcomed and pampered. The restaurant far exceeded our expectations. It was a life changing experience to be part of your wonderful hospitality. We chose the 4 courses tasting menu and it was perfect. The staff was shear perfection and we would recommend this venue to everyone.

Even though it is one star Michelin restaurant, we went there primarily for their superb view and “Four Seasons” location. The view was as spectacular as on the pictures, and the interior design in their hotels always incredible! The food was good. The service was good too. I am not giving it 5 stars because I ate in several Michelin’s restaurants, and to my taste this one might be slightly overrated. Also, we chose the wine we liked that happened to be sold out, yet remained on the menu, and were offered a more expensive option instead. The wine was not bad, but not my favorite. It was surprising for me they didn’t decant it for us even though it was more than 15 years old… A few days after we ate in another fantastic Michelin’s star in Ortigia and their sommelier confirmed that every wine over 10 years old must be decanted. In any case I give this place solid 4 stars. I would come back again.

The service was not in line with Michelin starred restaurant levels - the waiters were quarrelling at the back to the extent I could hear them. We had the 5 courses option - aside from one dish, all of the other ones were pretty average. Nothing exceptional for a restaurant of this calibre.
