While our waitress was extremely kind and great, it was clear that they were significantly under staffed as she was having to cover several tables. Because of that, service was slow. The crudo was great but otherwise the sushi and the wagyu filet left much to be desired. We would likely not dine here again on our return to Henderson Inn.

Trust the reviews about service. We came to our 6:15 reservation and were seated, given waters and then at 6:53 after our server disappeared and then reappeared only to divert eye contact, we decided to go elsewhere. Might have been good food but since we were trying to enjoy our last night of vacation and needing to feed a hungry kiddo, we opted to go to Jackacuda's where the service was fantastic and food was great for 1/2 the cost. We will not make the same mistake the next time we visit.

Given how hyped up this restaurant is and the extremely pricey menu, I was expecting a 5 star experience. However, this is a glorified cafeteria. The waiter didn’t write down our orders so there were multiple issues with the food. He then gave us a “free” dessert, but that showed up on the bill too. There were screaming children the entire time and the restaurant itself is like an echo chamber, sound bounces from one end to the other. The steak was burnt on the outside and raw on the inside, baked potato hard and cold. Even the dessert had been microwaved instead of baked. We had to flag down people several times to get assistance on simple things like a water refresh. If you’re charging Ruth’s Chris prices for your food ($60 for one steak), then the quality of food and the service need to match those prices. One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.

We have eaten at Primrose several times. This time was a disappointment. Evidently there was a special event that evening and our service was not good. Service was rushed and we were made to feel unappreciated. I’m sure we will try them again, hopefully with no special events going.

A lovely view out on the patio overlooking the pool while dining with excellent food, which was also substantial in serving. Cocktails were excellent. Looking forward to dining there again.

Food and service were wonderful. Server was very attentive and checked up as needed to make sure everything was to our liking. The only negative note would be that we were celebrating a birthday and had it noted on the reservation, but neither host or server said anything or acknowledged it.
