Ordered an old favorite - Veal Chop Milanese - it was smaller than usual & arrived soggy & cold - my dessert was forgotten, so we had to enquirer after it - it arrived after everyone was finished - server was disheveled, not in uniform & seemed overwhelmed.

This was our first time at Primo Prime, and it was fabulous! We were immediately greeted upon entry, and seated at a two-top table that was awkwardly added to the end of a booth. But once we sat, it was fine. The restaurant, when full of patrons, was incredibly loud. If we return, we’d likely request a table along the front windows - seemed quieter. The noise was quickly forgotten as we began ordering. Our server, Amanda, was attentive and friendly. Our cocktails were delicious, as was the wine. Then the food. Started with a Caesar salad and grilled romaine salad. Both were excellent. Then we split the daily fish special (sea bass) and the beef tenderloin pappardelle. The pasta is quite literally the best dish I have ever eaten. One piece of the beef was fatty, but the flavor and quality were amazing. The sea bass was also excellent - perfectly cooked, and paired with a delicious lemon butter sauce with artichokes and tomatoes (which we got on the side). Already looking forward to returning.

First time dining at Primo Prime. Was a great experience! They were busy but service was still very on point (Amanda was awesome). Food was excellent and timed out well. I'd definitely tell people to come and I'll be back!

Horrible experience. I ordered a drink and they didn’t even top it off. For a drink to be 14.00 it should not be have way.

This place is fantastic! My girlfriend and I both got different pasta dishes. They were superb. Caesar salads were perfect, with not too much of any one flavor over the other. We got a spinach gnocci appetizer, with a brown butter sage sauce, and that was to die for. The creme brulee was subtle, very light in texture and not over poweringly sweet. Just exactly perfect. And the wait staff? you can tell this isnt their first rodeo. Like a well oiled and extremely customer focused machine. Highly highly recommended. You'll be glad you ate here. Ask for the bread and beans. O.M.G.

Had a wonderful time with friends. The duck breast was excellent. My wife loved the lobster ravioli, which was packed with lots of lobster.
