It was a really good dinner. The restaurant was uncomfortably hot and the service was a little slow.

Very good food, some people say overrated but it was worth it in my opinion. Portion sizes of sides are great, we ordered less than planned and still left with plenty to take back to our hotel room. The Australian wagyu was good for the price, and the view is spectacular if you get a window table (guaranteed if you pay a little extra, in the fall there are fewer people so you may not have to reserve that). Overall a great dinner and the service was very good. If you ask for wine pairings they will give a small flight for you to try at no charge. Cheers!

Yes, it has a great view but that darn Ferris wheel that’s right next to the restaurant glares in your eyes the entire time of your meal. In my opinion, not really sure it’s worth some money. The steak was just OK had no flavor. The waiter was great.

In a nutshell: the fact that having a view of the falls is what carries the price point of the high prices. Our server, James, was amazing. The place was beautiful, the ambiance felt very “fine dining” style. However, the food was beyond disappointing. We got: Appetizers -shrimp cocktail -pork belly -duck wings Entrees -Surf n Turf with Mac n Cheese side -Braised Short Rib Gnocchi Plating and presentation was beautiful, but had I known about the food quality, I definitely would have gone somewhere else to spend that amount of money on. The food is not worth the price point it is placed at.

We were celebrating our anniversary and Prime was the perfect place. The ambience was great our server was fantastic and the food was the best steak I’ve ever tasted. Will definitely be back.

Great dinning experience, great food , Service (Alvin) amazing. Only concern was no instructions on parking. -Park at casino parking bring your stub up to restaurant (10th floor) they will validate Parking. Food is ❤️ Desert (house special) One of the best!

Asked for steaks to be cooked well and they came out rare. Sent back to recook, and came out medium. Third time they got it right. Over priced food. They charge for the view I'm assuming. Sides were extra $. 4 dinners 1 drink at $20 a piece bill $500. Bring lots of $$$$$

My husband and I were visiting Niagara from the U.S. and chose this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. We picked this place because it had a view of the falls and a nice menu with Gluten Free options. Our server was Al and he was knowledgeable, friendly, and made our experience even better! We chose an earlier reservation time and it was quiet with a beautiful view. The food was delicious and all the staff were so kind!
