We thouroughly enjoyed our evening. The view and service was outstanding. Our mains (scallops and omaha striploin) were excellent ! Sticky pudding for desert was big hit.

Paid for a window seat to watch falls. The window had condensation and couldn’t see. Mentioned to server about window but she just said oh yeah that’s obscured. She was very intrusive. Did not offer to change our table.

Great view, food was expensive but good. Half of the restaurant smelled very strongly of paint.

Ambiance was ok. But they didn’t take my food allergy seriously. I explained it several times but they didn’t put any attention. After dinner at night I had severe reactions and was very sick.

The service and food were excellent, however the overall environment and value for experience, was below average. We spent about double than what we were expecting, and we eat out at steakhouses occasionally. With respect to ambience/environment, it felt like we were sitting in a Kelsey’s or Shoeless Joes (other than the falls view, which was nice). The ambience didn’t match the level of dining, for a steakhouse. Tables were sticky and wine glasses had spots/fingerprints on them, bathroom still had a “maintain 6 foot social distancing” sign and washrooms felt like you could be in a subway station. Also just a pet peeve that they don’t offer you fresh Parmesan at the table for a Caesar salad. They did give us cake for our birthday :)

I’ve had way better steaks off a buffet. Both our Ribeyes were very tough. The cook was very good but the meat is inferior. Salad, sides and desserts were all very good. Our waitress was great too. Price is very high for the quality of beef we got.

I'm a little disappointed as we only ordered mains and it took an hour to receive our steaks. Which were delious and couldn't fault the quality of food. The delay was mainly to a large party that had sat in the same area as us just beforehand. Waiters kept us updated and gave us complimentary dessert without asking.
