This is THE place to eat when visiting Niagara Falls. The food is absolutely amazing. It is very costly but I highly recommend the ribeye. One of the best steaks I have ever had. The service we received was amazing. The host was very pleasant and asked if we were celebrating our anniversary and sat us at an amazing table with an excellent view of the falls. The ambiance is amazing in the restaurant and very romantic. Our waitress was very bubbly and sweet and provided us with amazing service and went above and beyond. I think her name is Sydney. The view of the falls was fantastic and we are definitely coming here every time we come to Niagara Falls because of the amazing food and service we received. 5 out of 5 stars highly recommend this place!!

Alvin was a great waiter - would highly recommend coming to Prime Steakhouse. Experience was a 10/10.

If you are thinking about eating here, DON'T! The view at the restaurant is amazing. However, that is it! I tried the lobster bisque that had a more tomato base not the richness/creaminess I'm accustomed to. For my entree, I had the surf and turf. The steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The lobster was very bland and had a strong fishy odor. I did not enjoy the raviolis neither. The steak, bread, and fireworks were the highlight. The restaurants in St. Catherines are much better than here even though it is advertised as the #1 restaurant in Niagara Falls.

Viande excellente comme nous en avons rarement mangé d aussi bonne et bien cuisinée James nous a bien aidé dans le choix des viandes et des plats très bel établissement le petit regret est de ne pas avoir été près des fenêtres mais nous étions trop nombreux donc difficile je le conçois

We expected for a steakhouse, they would have perfected steaks, but that was not the case. Our medium rare steak arrived well done, almost dry. The crispy calamari was not crispy. The mushroom ravioli was not bad, but could have used some salt. Our server was nice and the restaurant did take $50 off our bill for the steak. But I still wish I chose a different restaurant for our anniversary dinner.

We had a great experience! Our food was wonderful and our server, Alvin was awesome! The view is spectacular and we loved the fireworks show as well!
