What could have been a great evening turned out to be one of the most terrible & humiliating experiences ever. We were still by the table, taking pictures. Next thing I know the manager asked a worker to clear our table. We were still there and he was spraying all over the table. If that wasn’t enough, they helped themselves with our personal belongings (including takeaway food) to move them out of the way. If that wan’t enough, the manager told me he has another party that he will already seat, in the most unkind tone. Trash. That’s what we felt like. There could have been a courteous way of going about it. We understood it was a Saturday and traffic was peaking. We were on our way out anyway, why disrespectfully rush us out? To make matters worse, this manager was huffing and puffing, and offered no apology. In fact, he lied through his teeth denying that his demeanor was unpleasant. We had a great time from the time we got seated by Bianca and we also had the coolest server. Only to be ruined by a manager who threw customer service and basic human kindness out the window. Cried all the way out there last night. What a humiliating experience.

The service was absolutely wonderful. The price you pay for the quality you get, is overpriced. Still a nice place to eat, but not worth the $$ Ribeye steak - 6.5-10 Rack of Lamb - 8.5-10 Feature appetizer/ oysters - 8-10 Brussels sprouts - 6-10 Total cost- $300 before tip.

reservation wasnt ready, waited 15 minutes for the table. i had requested a table by the window, it wasnt honored. waited 20 minutes for drinks. waited over an hour for food. my 16oz steak wasnt. the food quality was fine if it had been served at texas roadhouse, most certainly not worth a premium steakhouse price. was insanely hot, a fact remarked upon by many other patrons. was without contest or hyperbole the biggest waste of money ive ever experienced, will never eat at a prime again and will never recommend one. you are literally better off at a dennys

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Made reservations about 3 months in advance of our trip. We never got our dinner and we waited over 1.5 hours after we said we don’t want our meal anymore the manager finally came over and said they would comp our dinners to go and it still took about 15-20 minutes more. Learn our lesson and go somewhere else. The kind of prices they charge for fine dining is laughable. Seriously GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

The air conditioning wasn’t working in our section. It was beyond hot and humid and took our appetite away. Leaving we found out in many other areas the air was working and they had empty tables in those sections, making us question why they didn’t move us.

Super good!! Best place we ate our entire trip. Our waiter was amazing and gifted us dessert for our anniversary. Drinks are amazing. Prince is well worth the quality. My husband keeps asking to go back!
