It was packed on Friday. The Falls view table was a great place to see the Falls and the sites around town. Unfortunately, there was fog and snow that obscured the view. Our server was kind and as attentive as she could be given the crowd. There was a nice little wine list with some little gems if you’re familiar with the local wines. The rolls were warm and fresh. We ordered sours & turf. The medium rare steaks were medium. The lobster tail was tasty but not served with drawn butter or lemon. The asparagus side was tasty but cooled quickly at the table. A little noisy but the meal was enjoyable.

I call the restaurant before make reservations and ask for window side table, I even accepted the extra charge for the seats but when we arrived they told me that the table was used for someone else! I don't understand what is the meaning about the reservation？ They text me the table was ready before one hour for the reservation. So we change the schedule because of them. But when we arrived and there was no table!!! Then they told ua first come first in！Ridiculous, disgusting service！After ordering, we waited almost an hour for our food to arrive! Not even an appetizer! What you call an appetizer that needs to be served with the main course?

Rena was an excellent waitress. She was very helpful & was just attentive enough for a romantic dinner. Steak was cooked perfectly & the sides were great.

We were the first guest of the evening. We had to wait for the host and waitress to finish their side conversation before we were to be seated. The food is bland. With the menu being mainly à la carte. The 65 dollar ribeye had burnt ends and large pieces of crushed black pepper. Alcohol drinks are 2oz - including wine. Setting is pretty and over looks the falls. Once other patrons arrive the waitress seems annoyed and unaccomplished.

Service was great! The scallops were fantastic however everything else was mediocre. Watched the fireworks from the window which was a nice touch. Overall everything was good!

We came here for a special occasion on Saturday December 14th and had a wonderful time. The view is beautiful, we made reservations for 7:30pm so we could also watch the fireworks for 8:00pm and paid for seat with a view and it was well worth it. Our server Sarah R. was extremely attentive and helped when placing our order with suggesting things we would like and let us know about the side portion sizes so we didn’t over order. She made sure we had everything we needed and was such a lovely person as our server. The food was cooked impeccably and was honestly the best meal we have ever eaten. The scallops and wagyu were absolutely delicious. I ordered the house special sangria which was a peach sangria and it was a tasty cocktail. The only thing we could suggest is lowering the music, we were expecting an intimate dinner and found the music far too loud. Thank you for making our stay in Niagara a memorable one. We will be sure to tell everyone how wonderful it is.

We had a positive experience overall. Restaurant gets quite busy so make sure you pack your patience. Steak was great and well cooked. A bit pricey but a must do at least one time - views are spectacular!

Prime was excellent in every way. Our server was attentive and helpful, atmosphere was great, and food was amazing. We will definitely be back.

The moment you step in, you’re hit with a beautiful view of the falls (especially at night when it’s lit up). The staff is very welcoming and our server that night, Mikey, helped us out big time from his great food suggestions to great service. My wife and I were very happy with our experience at Prime and will definitely come back again.
