Prime Seafood Palace is a modern steakhouse offering a selection of beef, seafood, and vegetables all sourced from purveyors we love and value. Unexpected - a space to truly experience in person. The main entry is located in a quiet courtyard, drawing patrons away from the humming activity of Queen Street West. Inspired by Matty Matheson’s East Coast roots and appreciation for architecture, our design is conceptualized as a light-filled cathedral clad in white maple, with a menu that gives nod to the classic steakhouse tradition.

We had a wonderful seafood journey. My wife and I shared the Lonster and spaghetti, grilled mackerel, halibut, potatoes, and turnips. We certainly left full and with a little bit of leftover. We ended with the maple tart for dessert. The cheese to tart ratio was a little much but the tart and crust was amazing!

Had a great meal there with my family. The food was perfect and the restaurant was very welcoming to all. You can come all fancy or dressed down with some flops it is chill. Great food and love the atmosphere.

Incredible service from beginning to end. Unpretentious yet elevated and welcoming. Steak tartare was the best I’ve ever had.

The location was satisfactory, and the venue had a lovely Scandinavian atmosphere. The powder room was particularly impressive. The food was enjoyable, with highlights being the Caviar bites, potatoes, and crab. However, there was an issue with the steak we ordered, as it was cooked medium rare instead of medium. This required it to be returned to the kitchen for further cooking. The service was disappointingly slow, with each course taking a considerable amount of time, averaging at least 30 minutes. Our server seemed preoccupied as she spent most of her time engrossed in conversation with another couple. Consequently, we had to rely on the assistance of the runners to refill our drinks and locate our server when she was absent. Considering the total bill of over $450 for the meal (excluding tax and alcohol) for two people, we left a 22% tip, amounting to nearly $650. It would have been appreciated if our server had demonstrated at least a 22% level of effort, but unfortunately, this was not the case. While I would consider revisiting this place, I am uncertain about when or if I will do so. The service was subpar, and despite not consuming alcohol, I spent a significant amount and provided a generous tip. As a result, I believe it is reasonable to expect to be treated with respect as a customer.

Everything was just ok, at best. Our server was very timid and seemed under prepared. We were there to celebrate and they barely came around to ask us if we wanted drinks, or do qualify checks. Been there once, not sure if it’s worth going again.

We recently dined at Prime Seafood Palace, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and impeccable service. The ambiance is both elegant and cozy, making it perfect for any occasion. The staff at Prime Seafood Palace are attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about providing a top-notch dining experience. Every detail, from the presentation of the dishes to the timing of the courses, was flawless. Overall, Prime Seafood Palace exceeded my expectations in every way. It's clear that they take great pride in the quality of their food and service. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. We can’t wait to return and try more of their delicious offerings!
