Prime on the Nine is a semi-formal American restaurant. It has a spacious indoor seating arrangement, accommodating 140+ guests. Ryan Emery, the executive chef, has years of experience in preparing authentic steaks on the fire grills. Prime on the Nine is suitable for couples, friends and families with kids. It offers special services for little guests.

Ryan, along with other chefs, experiment with the local ingredients to prepare mouthwatering recipes. These dishes are offered to the guests as samples. Most of the house recipes on the menu have been modeled by the chefs and approved by the guests. Prime on the Nine's signature ribeye is prepared with marbled hand-cut ribeye. It is served with French fries and mashed potatoes. Southwest Kansas chicken is prepared by black-grilling chicken breast. It is served on the bed of spinach rice. The finishing of pico de gallo enhances the flavors.

My husband and I both ordered the rib eyes. They were delicious. Restaurant is overlooking the golf course. Attire was casual. Food service was good, drink service was a little slow. Would definitely eat there again.

We drove 2 hours to eat at Prime on the Nine. Was worth the drive. Food was great. We played it safe with what we ordered this time. It did not disappoint. We will definitely be back, and try some of the seafood, and other specialty items on the menus. Chef Ryan has done a great service to Dodge City with this establishment.

This was our first time at Prime on the Nine. Absolutely the best!! Food was delicious, service was awesome! Definitely will eat there again! Thank you so much!

Very good food, our waitress was sweet but didn’t know how to answer a question about the prime rib. Asked her what size the cut was and she tried to show us with her hands instead and of giving it to us in ounces!
