Food was not what I expected. Wings were not well cooked. Sweet potato fries were burnt. When I booked the reservation, I indicated it was my husband 's birthday, and I wanted an acknowledgement while we were having diner. No one asked or said anything. Why bother asking all those questions when making a reservation, and it is done. Also, we were given the wrong blll. That was quickly change.

The service was very good. Wait staff was attentive. Food was delish. We sat inside. A little small but just right. Didn’t want to sit outside it was breezy. Drinks on point. A good time was had by all.

Great restaurant, amazing food & Dj, nice bar & upstairs seating, good location. The only issue i had is that they were short staffed with only 1 hostess so we waited about 30 mins for someone to take out order. over all 10/10!

I had a great time at prime the music was good and the ambiance was great. Our waitress Jas was excellent I had a great time celebrating my birthday there.

Food was good lobster roll was nasty dinks need more liquor and I’m Not a drinker so u know i really couldn’t taste the liquor customer service phenomenal they definitely fix any problem u have n you don’t hv to question the bill basically all drink is $20 give here a 8/10

The waiter was very nice and very attentive .. but the drinks had more ice then anything else I took one sip and the drink was finished it was not worth $18 and wasn’t even strong maybe because of all The ice .the food was ok wasn’t anything special and the mac and cheese was $20 and was not worth itthe price it was so small and the main course only came with one side for the price should at least came with 2 sides

The food was excellent and the service was fantastic. I would recommend Prime on the Mile. I will definitely go back there.

This is now my 2bd time at Prime. hard to believe that my second was worse than my first experience the staffing and the attentiveness of the staff is horrendous. No one follows up the food is mild temperature and the drinks are meh. It's a beautiful restaurant so nice to look over the mile, but has a long way to go. I expected an impeccable experience with Primes' reputation but this is definitely not it. I will not be back.
