The food was excellent and the service was fantastic. I would recommend Prime on the Mile. I will definitely go back there.

This is now my 2bd time at Prime. hard to believe that my second was worse than my first experience the staffing and the attentiveness of the staff is horrendous. No one follows up the food is mild temperature and the drinks are meh. It's a beautiful restaurant so nice to look over the mile, but has a long way to go. I expected an impeccable experience with Primes' reputation but this is definitely not it. I will not be back.

Beautiful place! Staff was very friendly. The environment was great. It made me feel as if I were in Miami. If you enjoy seafood, this is the place! Excellent presentation and quality food items. The lychee martini was top notch!

Prime was definitely a pleasant experience. It’s very comfortable, the environment is inviting, it’s vibrant, and the staff were courteous and professional. The food was tasteful and satisfying. The music kept us moving and the vibes were uplifting. It appears the other patrons were enjoying themselves as well. It’s great for special events, get togethers, after work, a spot to enjoy an abundance of great food options, and have a little 2 step. Last but not least, I yet to have a drink that didn’t appeal to my palate. Thank you Prime❤️

We sat at our table for an hour with no food at all-so I can’t really comment on the quality of the food, but I can tell you that I’ll never go back. It took them 30 minutes to bring water to the table and 45 minutes before someone came to take our appetizer order. When it got to be an hour of sitting there watching other people complain about the same thing-we left. It wasn’t overly crowded-so maybe they were short staffed… Maybe they’ll get their act together… but I’ll be down the street at Off the Hook where they were happy to offer prompt service and a really nice meal.

Porterhouse steak was ordered medium well but delivered well done. No need to say anymore.

50th birthday dinner: Everyone at the table had the same consensus. Meals was not hot. Air conditioning was malfunctioning so the dining area was extremely humid. Manager was cold. Entry to the rooftop with a paid meal was expressed by one staff member. After a $749 dinner bill that entry was denied. Staff should be more aligned with restaurant procedures. The floorplan offers a variety of seating choices. The decor is beautiful. I only wish the anticipated experience was as well. Maybe I'll try again... maybe not. There are several choices on The Mile.

Good ambiance, waitress was attentive not over bearing; wait staff was professional & courteous. Security was diligence t and tactful. Grow: Hostess can continue to develop their language of the restaurant location & seatings.
