Overall service was unprofessional and terrible. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I made a reservation for 2:30 pm and arrived on time with my family. Although on our reservation, I listed we were there for Afternoon Tea, we received the normal menu and were ignored when trying to inquire about the Afternoon Tea menu. After a half hour of waiting, we finally got service from a different employee and explained we are here for Afternoon Tea. Without any communication, the waiter took our menus, apologized, and left. The website and social media share Afternoon Tea is between 12:00-4:00 pm on Sundays. A few moments later, we received the correct menu and were told we may not be able to order from this menu, then the waiter promptly left after we asked for more information. After further waiting, the waiter came back and told us the chef is not available and they were not expecting to serve so much Afternoon Tea today. This is regardless of our reservation, in the middle of their Afternoon Tea catering shift, and servicing other people the Afternoon Tea menu items, who arrived the same time as our party. On another note, the highlight of the restaurant (in addition to its food) is its gorgeous view of the city skyline, however when we asked to sit outside we were also told the rooftop area is closed until 4:00 pm. After spending nearly an hour sitting in the restaurant only to be refused service and ignored by the employees, our party decided to leave and eat (originally late lunch, now a early dinner) elsewhere. We will not be returning to this restaurant again.

Ambience was good as we sat outside. Steak and cocktail were great! Food did get cold pretty quickly while sitting outside. Bone marrow had too much sauce and beer was not filled to the top of glass.

Extremely pleasant experience. Steak was perfect. View was outstanding. Server was new but attentive and pacing was just right.

The view was breathtaking, definitely recommend outdoors at sunset! Food and service was great too, my waiter Tony was amazing and explained the menu very thoroughly. 10/10 would recommend

Prime Met Steakhouse was an extraordinary restaurant and rooftop bar. Exceptional presentation of tasty gourmet food. Incredible atmosphere and beautiful views. The outside rooftop area is simply fantastic with a view of the airport runways and the Manhattan Skyline. The indoor area is modern, cozy, very romantic, and has a and warm vibe. Service exceptional. I truly enjoyed my experience and highly recommend it to anyone coming to the Flushing area. Easy parking in the adjacent Tangram mall

The bone marrow with bread pudding and onion jam was grossly disappointing. I would give it a 1 out of 10. The porterhouse steak fell flat with zero flavor—the tenderness saves it because it is a quality cut but just NO flavor—not even a hint of char on a sizzling plate. The puréed potato, Mac and cheese and string beans were good. The ambience is incredible! Our server was overworked and still remained exceptional—his excellent service was one of the high points of my evening.

The place is beautiful, the food is delicious, the staff is a very accommodating. This is definitely a location to visit. My friend and I really enjoyed ourselves, there is also great aesthetics if you’re looking to celebrate aspecial occasion. The outside rooftop area is absolutely beautiful, what I enjoyed most is that the staff is very friendly and professional even if you do not book a stay at the hotel they make you feel special and I will definitely be back again! There is also valet! :D

The initial interaction with the hostess was not as pleasant as I had hoped but even with that, the overall experience was great. The food and drinks were good and the waitstaff was wonderful!!
