First off they changed the menu, the lobster Mac and cheese is gone , the Mac they have taste like plain wet noodles , the steak was mediocre , they had our server way to busy for a Wednesday night when the place wasn’t even busy , got sat at table 10 min later got waters then 40 min later got drink order (alcohol) then 20 min later got food order then took 35 min if not more to get food. Food was not great the server was sweet but the service was not the best overall likely will not return .this was the go to place for my best friends birthday . Likely the last time we will come.

I have eaten here before and tonight was the worst I could have ever had. I would have gotten better service at a Sunoco gas station. My family and I will never dine here ever again. Please save your money and time and avoid Prime.

Great food- sat at the bar and had a lovely dinner before the concert. Everything was delicious!

First visit - will be back. Staff was super attentive and very friendly. The food was actually better than we expected. You will not be disappointed.

The food was very good. Steak was prepared very well, as well as the side dishes (brussel sprouts in my case). Where this restaurant was extremely lacking was service. This could have possibly been the worst service in a restaurant I have ever had. After the waiter took our order we never saw him again. We tried to get his attention, as well as the maitre d, but no one would even look in our direction. 1.5 hours for the main course to arrive, and during that time no drink refills at all! I couldn’t tell you about Primes desserts because we were never offered a dessert menu or asked if we’d like to see one. Very disappointed that a high end steakhouse would have such awful service. In a town that has several other options for steak houses, perhaps choosing another would be best.

An awesome romantic experience for my first time. From the time we walked in til we left. Thx again staff for a great evening w the wife.

The restaurant inside was fantastic. The service was average. Ordered east coast oysters because I was advised by the waiter they were larger than west coast. The oysters were the size of a penny. All 6 fit on one cracker. If those were large, I would hate to see the small ones. Terrible and a waste of money. Steaks were ok but presentation was lack luster. It was a birthday but no extra acknowledgment. We will not revisit.

The food was amazing. We got the burger and BLT from the patio menu along with the frites. Absolutely no complaints and definitely plan on returning!
