Rough evening! Our server told us "pink" was "mid-well" even though we know what we prefer is always considered "medium" at all restaurants all around the country. The steak came out totally overdone and baked potato was cold. The steak was then redone and came out rare. Went back- Third time it was right, but we were at that point running late to our show. Just an aloof feeling from our waiter all-around. Place was empty and vibe was off... food was good third time around, but won't be returning.

Our experience at Prime was WONDERFUL! We took our 10-year old family member for her birthday! They made a custom menu, which she loved! She also loved our waitress, Grace! Grace absolutely knocked it out of the park and made our visit memorable! The steak was cooked perfectly and delicious! The French onion soup is a must!

Service was good. The 6oz filet was cooked to perfection. The mac and cheese was creamy and very flavorful. Had a special Cosmo drink that was excellent.

We had a delightful late afternoon meal after our play at the Arnoff. Grace took care of our every need. Our food was delicious and staff recommendations were so appreciated.
