The host forgot about us and seated us 35 min after our reservation after we approached her for a second time. Waiter forgot to bring any entire course that we ordered. Steak was great comparable to the other steakhouses in the city. Wouldn’t come back as there’s plenty of other amazing places with much better service

My filet was alittle dry while my friend's was quite juicy. They brought another filet that was perfect! I was most impressed with how beautiful the restaurant is and the amazing!!!!! service!!!! Someone was, quite often, checking in to see if everything was alright and could they get us anything, often!!!!! We were held up in terrible traffic because of the holiday lighting festival with many streets closed and that made us considerably late on a Saturday night!!!!! We couldn't believe they accommodated us with a table in the bar that was just fine! I don't advise doing that intentionally! I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant!!!!!!!

Worst steakhouse experience. Started with valet which took 20 mins because there was only one guy managing a large crowd of incoming customers. Our server was very low energy, didn’t give straight answers when we asked about different dishes, and barely checked on us throughout the service. The steaks were the worst part. We were very excited to try their wagyu. Ordered it medium and it was closer to raw and COLD in the center. No sear and no flavor. The Kansas strip had a better sear but also served closer to rare instead of the medium we ordered. Not only would I not return but would never recommend this place to anyone. Waste of time and money!

We dined for my friends birthday. We had an amazing time. Nate was fantastic. I highly recommend this place. They made the birthday special!

Steak was good but not exceptional. Same was true for the lamp chops. Pricing did not match quality. Server was mediocre at best. Wanted to take order quickly. Never bothered to ask about a beverage. Checked on table once.before presenting check.

Everything was great from the moment we arrived. We were promptly greeted, our table was ready; in fact we were brought to our table by our server Drew who was fabulous!! He immediately asked about drinks and made some great recs! The signature Old Fashion is wonderful. Appetizers were quickly ordered (Flaming Bacon, Oysters & Shrimp Cocktail); then he explained the entire menu with very helpful suggestions/recommendations . The food was great and the amount was perfect which was important because we did not want leftovers since we were heading directly to the theater. We had Filet with Lobster, Scallops and a side of Brussel Sprouts. Also Drew was very conscious of our timing since we had to get to a show. Finished with Espresso Martinis and Chef’s creation Crème Brûlée!! So good! So good!!

The filet was one of the best ever. We added the Alaskan king crab legs Oscar style as as side for $80. Money well spent. The whipped potatoes were delicious and the added mushrooms were also very tasty. Our server did a great job, he was very attentive and made sure we were all set.

Unmatched! We had incredible service and food/drinks. We started with moscato and an old fashioned. The old fashioned was hickory smoked so you felt like you were at a campfire. Clam chowder, thick cut bacon appetizer, wedge salad, steaks are the best in the city. Highly recommend

Service was the standout from the bar to the waiter. Food great but as expected. Dessert not my thing usually but these were SO good that I had to and enjoyed
