Ouvert à l'été 2016, le Prime - An American Kitchen & Bar est presque le reflet exact de son petit frère du même nom dans le détroit de Long Island, à Huntington dans l'État de New York.     First off, I want to say our waitress was amazing. She was the best part of this experience. Everything else, was terrible. They sit everyone outside first and with the wind it was too cold. The food is meh at best, horrible considering the price and our steak was cooked over temperature. The worst part about this entire experience was that we paid $300 for a meal for 2 and they decided to have a staff meeting in the middle of our service which they reminded us of 3-4 times. I have zero idea why you would go here. I can show you better food, better drinks, and better service at any other other restaurant in Stamford.

    Food and service were great. Bidders need to be more on top of their tables. Shouldn’t have to be sitting with dirty dishes while busser passed table numerous times.

    Really excellent food with an idyllic setting in Stamford. Brilliant staff and especially Jimmy for taking good care of us!

    You can always rely on PRIME for exceptional seafood and steak. The staff is well trained and very accommodating. The restaurant has a great bar and the views offer a lovely back drop.

    Fourth visit to Prime. The seafood is consistently excellent and our waiter (Walter) was very nice and fun. It was my wife's birthday, and they brought over a delicious piece of chocolate cake with a candle for her. We were very satisfied and enjoyed the experience. Nothing like being out by the water and the boats on a warm but delightfully breezy day.

    We arrived by boat and were not greeted or assisted at the slip. Then at the front desk we were told to pay $30 for the slip. We were given a table by the window and ordered drinks and lunch ,but we were given our apps and entrees together . Unfortunately the order of a medium steak was raw . When I told the waiter he bought it back and then returned it well over cooked . Next time I cross the sound for lunch I’m going to the 🦀

    The server was horrible he mess up on our credit card charges when he have to bring our foods took so long with our bread in food with in attitude also I love prime but I don’t ever want this sever in my table again
