Ouvert en 2006, le premier An American Kitchen & Bar fait partie des meilleurs restaurants non seulement de Long Island, ou de New York, mais du monde entier. Les dernières tendances de la cuisine et du design sont réunies pour présenter la destination culinaire la plus insatiable et la plus populaire pour une expérience gastronomique de premier choix. The Vine Room can be divided into two smaller spaces for more intimate gatherings or it can remain as one room, hosting up to 64 of your guests. Our Porch can accommodate groups of up to 32 who can enjoy the fresh air and harbor views while enjoying the best that our kitchen has to offer. You can also choose the Hedge Bar for a cozy cocktail party with a spectacular view of Huntington Harbor and our breath taking susnet view.

My friend and I went out for a quick dinner on a Wednesday evening and we are so happy we chose Prime in Huntington. I always have an amazing dinner and the service couldn't be better. I enjoy the view, even in the dead of winter. The staff is always accommodating and friendly.

Cocktails were on point, waitress & supervisor were periodically checking in on us & dinner cooked to perfection! Thank you to all who made my birthday dinner so special! My family & I will be back soon.

Everything was great, from the reservation and the service. I called in advance and asked for a table with a nice view and we sure got that. Food never disappoint, service was great. Thank you

Our server Quinn was amazing!!!! So professional and super attentive. It was my daughter’s 21 st birthday and everyone was so nice to her and the manager even came over and gave her a gift card!!!! because of the expense, it’s not your every day place, but definitely a place for special occasions.

From the front of house to the back of house, from the food to the ambience everything was fantastic!! Prime is the real deal if you want good quality food and excellent service!! Thank you to our waiter Quinn (I believe) who went above and beyond, thank you!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary last night and were each given a glass of Prosecco on the house to toast our milestone. The fig appetizer was delish. The NY strip and petite filet were cooked to perfection. Creamed spinach, whipped potatoes sides were great too. The bottle of Pinot Noir was okay, but not the best value for the price. Juniors cheesecake for dessert was the finishing touch. Overall a great meal with excellent service.

Shrimp & lobster wontons with hoisin sauce so delicious. Striped sea bass was crunch & tender and absolutely tasty. Loved, loved the Asparagus with Gremolata sauce. Husband had a medium rare Delmonico Steak cooked to perfection. Our wait staff Gabby was so professional

Food was sub par. Inedible. Lobster in butter sauce and spinach was a congealed glob of yuck. Steak ok. Pasta special mush on a plate. They even served cold fries. They charge all the dollars but don’t back it up with good food. Service was great … restaurant very pretty.
