Chaque Shula's Steak House est sous le thème de la saison parfaite de 1972 des Miami Dolphins lors de laquelle l'équipe a été invaincue, la seule équipe dans l'histoire de la NFL à terminer une saison 17-0. Dinner was awesome and delicious, loved the 80s mix, was chair dancing and eating at same time. Wifey and I had a great Vday dinner. Will definitely return for another date night.

Food was very good except for our dessert, the key lime pie was frozen. Our waitress was amazing. The kitchen messed up our bread service. There was a DJ and the music was loud, not something I’m used to when “fine dining.” Despite the dress code, lots of people wearing shorts, flip flops, baggy clothes, sweat pants. Very unlikely we would return due to the “vibe.” Food was fancy, the clientele and atmosphere were not.

Prime is an amazing restaurant with a modern vibe and exceptional service. The food quality is top notch. Our server, Linda, was son kind, helpful, and accommodating. We would recommend Prime to anyone who wants to go for a nice upscale meal!!

Steak was so so, not the best. The chocolate cake was not very good. It's too big and no chocolate flavor. We have been here many times over the years, and it just keeps going downhill. Probably won't be back.

This is my favorite restaurant in AZ. I love all aspects of being here! Food! Atmosphere! Staff! Experience! Every time I go here my server makes me feel like I’m having a special event! Manny is so wonderful to me! He always remembers my odd preferences and has a warm and approachable nature! I literally go to Prime because of Manny! He is an asset to Shula’s!

The waitstaff were excellent. I was celebrating my birthday. I received a wonderful starter appetizer with a candle. And ended dinner with a wonderful dessert on the house. I was disappointed with the entree, surf and turf. The steak and lobster were undercooked, and sent back.

We decided to have dinner at the restaurant since we were staying at the hotel and didn’t want to drive elsewhere to eat. The entrance to the restaurant is impressive, but the staff seemed poorly trained—not just at the entrance but throughout. To keep it brief, our waiter was friendly but unfamiliar with the menu and the food. When we asked about the different meats, he had to repeatedly check with the chef for answers. Surprisingly, even the restaurant manager was unable to provide information about the aged steaks. The worst part was finding a hair in the salad. While they did remove it from the bill, which was expected, they didn’t offer a replacement or an alternative dish. On a positive note, the steaks were excellent and worth mentioning!
