Nouveau steakhouse sensationnel de Miami, le StripSteak by Michael Mina se trouve au sein de l'hôtel Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Servant des repas en salle ou en plein air, ce restaurant de 2 étages offre un cadre branché, ludique, élégant et plein de charme. Situé à côté du hall du château historique au cœur de l'hôtel, le StripSteak est essentiellement un steakhouse pour le convive aventureux d'aujourd'hui - proposant des steaks à la carte (la plupart provenant de la chambre de maturation de l'hôtel et de la boucherie), ainsi que des spécialités signature qui vont bien au-delà d'un steakhouse traditionnel.     The steaks and fries were very good. The octupus appetizer was very average as was the lobster macaroni. The choclate cake for dessert was very dry. I waited way too long for my two cocktails, and I had to flag down the waitress for my drink, she did not check on us. Overall for a $ 340 meal with two people dining, this was NOT a great experience, and I would not go back. The steakhouses we regularly frequent in Chicago have way better ambience, service and food overall. I was not too impressed, and overall disappointed with the dining experience.

    Our anniversary was absolutely wonderful there! The waitress we had was so sweet. She did everything and beyond to make it wonderful for us. I would highly recommend it to anyone who ever plans to go to Miami. Thank you for such great service!!!

    We don’t mind spending $1200 on dinner for four, but at the least you should be made to feel welcome. We were kept waiting thirty minutes past our reservation time, the staff rushed us and never took the time to listen to our full orders, and the chateaubriand for two was four “toast-thin” slices of cooked filet: no reduction, no veal Demi-glaze….it was in no way a true dish. Wine service was disappointing, management was poor. We canceled our other restaurant reservations in the Fontainebleau, not willing to patronize anymore of their establishments when we are made to feel like we are inanimate objects.
