Nouveau steakhouse sensationnel de Miami, le StripSteak by Michael Mina se trouve au sein de l'hôtel Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Servant des repas en salle ou en plein air, ce restaurant de 2 étages offre un cadre branché, ludique, élégant et plein de charme. Situé à côté du hall du château historique au cœur de l'hôtel, le StripSteak est essentiellement un steakhouse pour le convive aventureux d'aujourd'hui - proposant des steaks à la carte (la plupart provenant de la chambre de maturation de l'hôtel et de la boucherie), ainsi que des spécialités signature qui vont bien au-delà d'un steakhouse traditionnel. We had a reservation for 3 people @ 6:45 pm Saturday night. We were seated right next to the entrance. I asked to be moved only to be told that all parties were "pre-assigned" to a table. WHAT? There were other empty 4 tops It took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge we were there. No water, no bread. Nothing. Once the waitress (name withheld to protect the utter mismanagement of the entire sh*tshow) arrived, she wanted to take drink orders - we were ready to order. We ordered and waited, and waited....finally bread arrived. Then we waited a looong time (wasn't counting) but a very long time for our 3 simple petite filets to arrive. Meanwhile....the area around the hostess stand was buzzing. The Saturday night crowd had arrived - and there were A LOT of them!! They were encroaching on our table SO, I got up and actually moved our table away from the HUNGRY crowd that had amassed at the entry. We ate pretty quickly, had our water glasses filled multiple times (this was a big win!) When we finished our meals is when the REAL WAIT started. We must have sat there for almost 30 minutes with NO ONE coming to check on us. DID THE MANAGEMENT NOT UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPT OF TURNING TABLES??? So, now I say to my party, we are NOT going to rush. We ultimately ordered desert and took our time. The check came (with a 20% service charge included) I suggested there be a way to DEDUCT 5% for horrific service. The food was very good but it was NOT worth the price or the wait. There are MUCH BETTER placed to see and be seen. Prime 54 is NOT one of them....

We ordered steak, lobster, and mashed potatoes. Steak arrived 10 minutes earlier than rest of meal. We had to bring it to attention before it was brought out.

Excellent dinner, fabulous service. Our server, Valentina, was the consummate professional. It was a distinct pleasure to see how she ensured everything was great. Even some of our special requests.

We had David as our waiter tonight he was the nicest and best waiter we have had during our ten day stay …… we just wanted to say this we will be back and hopefully see David thanks the Collins from Ireland

We ate at Prime 54 at Fontainebleau and the food was excellent. We had Tina as our server and she was helpful in explaining the menu and her service was top notch. Also, we found Paku to be very attentive- 5 stars to Tina and Packu!! We hope to return. We had the chateaubriand with garlic butter for 2, salad with blue cheese dressing, Japanese sweet potato, and roasted carrots- all excellent!

Stale bread and canned coke. Restaurant was empty and the 2 raw apps we got took forever. Steak was raw when ordered medium plus. Other steak was full of fat. Auto 20% gratuity for party of 3. Food was loaded with salt and made the steak to salty to enjoy
