Nouveau steakhouse sensationnel de Miami, le StripSteak by Michael Mina se trouve au sein de l'hôtel Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Servant des repas en salle ou en plein air, ce restaurant de 2 étages offre un cadre branché, ludique, élégant et plein de charme. Situé à côté du hall du château historique au cœur de l'hôtel, le StripSteak est essentiellement un steakhouse pour le convive aventureux d'aujourd'hui - proposant des steaks à la carte (la plupart provenant de la chambre de maturation de l'hôtel et de la boucherie), ainsi que des spécialités signature qui vont bien au-delà d'un steakhouse traditionnel. We don’t mind spending $1200 on dinner for four, but at the least you should be made to feel welcome. We were kept waiting thirty minutes past our reservation time, the staff rushed us and never took the time to listen to our full orders, and the chateaubriand for two was four “toast-thin” slices of cooked filet: no reduction, no veal Demi-glaze….it was in no way a true dish. Wine service was disappointing, management was poor. We canceled our other restaurant reservations in the Fontainebleau, not willing to patronize anymore of their establishments when we are made to feel like we are inanimate objects.

Very very noisy environment, very hard to have a conversation, average room, excellent service from our waiter!

Completely botched our meal. Took off a salad. Yay. How about take the whole bill off the table? Oh yeah. Still got that “guaranteed” 20% tip. What a joke.

Service was ok but we waited so long. I felt the staff was left with too many tables. The assistant to the main server was rude and unprofessional. Wasn’t personable and wouldn’t give eye contact when we asked for something as directed by server. Food was ok and the best part was the potatoe bread they make. Filet was flavored well and cooked as requested. Our experience would have been better hence the service part.

Absolutely amazing experience for our anniversary dinner. Valentina was such a wonderful server we really enjoyed her. Steak, oysters, spinach and drinks all perfect. This place is a must when in Miami!!

Excellent service and good food. Janine was exceptionally knowledgeable and prompt. Good win. The front desk as we arrived to eat gave us attitude when we asked for a kids menu for our 11 year old who is tall.

Food was great but service was very slow. It took 55 minutes to get our appetizer. Over 30 minutes for our drinks. Arrived early and made us wait 20 minutes despite many open tables. I’m guessing it was flow control? They clearly need more staff — bar, service & kitchen.
