Nouveau steakhouse sensationnel de Miami, le StripSteak by Michael Mina se trouve au sein de l'hôtel Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Servant des repas en salle ou en plein air, ce restaurant de 2 étages offre un cadre branché, ludique, élégant et plein de charme. Situé à côté du hall du château historique au cœur de l'hôtel, le StripSteak est essentiellement un steakhouse pour le convive aventureux d'aujourd'hui - proposant des steaks à la carte (la plupart provenant de la chambre de maturation de l'hôtel et de la boucherie), ainsi que des spécialités signature qui vont bien au-delà d'un steakhouse traditionnel. We went to celebrate a birthday. Our hostess originally sat us at a two seater by a railing. I asked to change our table to a booth and she did it. Our waiter, Ryan was excellent! We had a delicious meal - their take on the oysters Rockefeller was fantastic! We had the ribeye with truffle butter and mashed potatoes. The ribeye melted in our mouths. We ended the meal with the chocolate layer cake. Fabulous!

Great evening. Excellent Caviar service. Great steaks. The Somm, Charlie, decanted our wine including a 63 Port. He also made arrangements for us to enjoy it with cigars after dinner on their outside patio. 😎🙌🏼

The food was good, but I wouldn’t say exceptional. The service was very good, prompt and helpful. Probably slightly overpriced, but it’s a steakhouse on the beach in Miami so I guess that’s to be expected.

Gutes Essen, aber schlechtes Timing. Die Getränke kommen erst nach der Vorspeise, keine Pause zwischen den Gängen - obwohl ausdrücklich gewünscht. Alles wirkte sehr gehetzt. Kein entspanntes Erlebnis. Und dafür insgesamt zu teuer.

My husband and I celebrated our 7th anniversary and had the best experience here! The service was incredible and the food and drinks were out of this world as always! Thank you for making our anniversary even better!
