Long Island’s Newest Restaurant is located in the heart of Lynbrook. Prime 39 boasts an intimate yet chic ambiance, bringing you a Manhattan Eclectic Vibe to Nassau County. While Prime Cut Steaks are at the center of our menu, you can also find some unique composed dishes under our Chef’s Creations, including Seafood and Vegan Entrees. Foood was 1000/10 drinks were strong which I can’t complain. Service was amazing! Since me and my partner were celebrating our anniversary (I don’t remember her name) but she gave us champagne on the house which was sooooo nice of her! So sweet.

This was my second and last visit to Prime 39, My first visit was fantastic, I enjoyed the food and the ambiance and raved about this restaurant! This time I visited because it’s restaurant week and I was excited to enjoy the menu once again. I was deeply disappointed, I was first told that the cut off time for the restaurant week menu was 7:00pm and my reservation was for 8:00, Nothing on the social media pages I visited regarding restaurant week mentioned anything about a cut off time! Secondly I was very disappointed with my food, I ordered Prime 39 wings which very tiny as opposed to my previous visit , the Calamari was small and Mac & cheese was flavorless, I was extremely disappointed with the food. I don’t know if there’s a different chef or new management but I was very disappointed with everything…I will not be returning to what I thought would be my favorite restaurants…

Food was great, and although food items were unavailable after we ordered, the manager came out and accommodated us for the inconvenience.

The food and ambience was great! I really enjoyed the DJs choice of music. The steak and colossal shrimp was amazing and the lamb chops was amazing as well. I will be back.

Get the wagyu steak, medium, garlic mash. I got the crab cake appetizer, it was great but I saw mussels at another table and kicked myself. Definitely a great place to eat and drink. Drink menu was good. You feel like you’re in the city.

This restaurant was better then I expected. 1. When I arrived on a Thursday night I was excited to find out they were a listed restaurant for NY restaurants week. The prefix select had more then enough options to choose from. Appetizers were amazing. The salad, lobster bisque and deviled eggs were to die for. Thursday was also ladies night so martinis were $5 all night which was amazing and def had a kick. Entrance was a decent size definitely filling and the crème brûlée cheese cake was a 10/10. Will definitely be back to trying the other things on the menu. Cute & sexy out the way spot.
