Long Island’s Newest Restaurant is located in the heart of Lynbrook. Prime 39 boasts an intimate yet chic ambiance, bringing you a Manhattan Eclectic Vibe to Nassau County. While Prime Cut Steaks are at the center of our menu, you can also find some unique composed dishes under our Chef’s Creations, including Seafood and Vegan Entrees. The food and ambience was great! I really enjoyed the DJs choice of music. The steak and colossal shrimp was amazing and the lamb chops was amazing as well. I will be back.

Prime 39 was ok, the food was alrite nothing to scream about however would think twice about going back

Get the wagyu steak, medium, garlic mash. I got the crab cake appetizer, it was great but I saw mussels at another table and kicked myself. Definitely a great place to eat and drink. Drink menu was good. You feel like you’re in the city.

This restaurant was better then I expected. 1. When I arrived on a Thursday night I was excited to find out they were a listed restaurant for NY restaurants week. The prefix select had more then enough options to choose from. Appetizers were amazing. The salad, lobster bisque and deviled eggs were to die for. Thursday was also ladies night so martinis were $5 all night which was amazing and def had a kick. Entrance was a decent size definitely filling and the crème brûlée cheese cake was a 10/10. Will definitely be back to trying the other things on the menu. Cute & sexy out the way spot.

What's not to love? In an area overwhelmed with pubs and Italian restaurants it's so nice to have something not only different but unique and excellent. Our server Chaz was engaging and attentive and the bartender Juan is so talented. Don't pass up an opportunity to have some fresh oysters with their absolutely amazing sorel mignonette. Always a pleasure!

We really enjoyed our time at prime 39. The menu is a bit pricey and I didn’t love that they added the tip in for a party of three, but I get it. It definitely has a nice vibe to it and the music is on point. If you’re going to have dessert, definitely get the carrot cake, it was so good.
