If you’re in the mood for an evening of good food and elevated ambiance, pull up a seat at Prime 3 Steakhouse, in Historic Downtown Leesburg, FL, with flair. By serving premium steaks and fine wines, we hope to provide an elegant and family-friendly dining experience for everyone in our community. Try our mouth-watering prime rib or seared scallops or our Norwegian Salmon. Pair it with a fine wine and treat yourself to a top-notch meal.
Don't forget to try our creme Brulee or Craft-Made Ice Cream for dessert. Now open for Lunch Mon-Friday 11am to 2pm. No reservations are required for lunch.

Best steak I've ever had! Excellent service and very enjoyable, pleasant piano music. First-class dining at its finest. Highly recommend others giving this upscale restaurant a try.

The atmosphere was nice. Live music was nice. Street parking which would suck on a busy night. There is no non-veal option for the meatballs. The shrimp in the shrimp cocktail are nice and large but are cooked Ceviche style so are basically raw on the inside which to me is disgusting. This is not noted in the menu so that was a waste of $18 bucks. Chicken Parmigiana was delicious. Spaghetti needs more sauce and a ton more parmesan cheese. Wish they offered angel hair as an option. Will likely be back but will ask for the shrimp to be actually cooked.

We went based on everyone’s recommendation for a good steak dinner. Although it was good, I didn’t feel for the price we paid it was exceptional. The restaurant was not busy at all, but dinner took 2 hours. We did order appetizers. The calamari came out cold. Like I said the restaurant was pretty empty. Our Caesar salad was just “okay”. The steaks we had were good but I have gotten the same quality at longhorn or Roadhouse. This was definitely a one and done kind of place. I was rather disappointed for what we paid.

This was our first time at Prime 3. We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. This truly was a wonderful experience for us. They offered a beautiful menu. I ordered the filet mignon, and it was the best I ever had! They surprised us with a homemade brownie and ice cream sundae in honor of our an anniversary, BTW, they had a Thursday night ladies special menu with items half off. And they have a nice lunch menu as well. We will definitely be back!

We went for the first time for our anniversary, and WOW! Not one complaint. From the food to the service it was amazing, we will definitely be back!

The food is delicious and the service is great. Such a great place to go when you are tired of all the franchise restaurant. Great food for the price.

We went to Prime 3 to celebrate my husband's birthday and we were both extremely impressed by the whole experience. The service, food, & atmosphere were all exceptional. We both cannot wait to go back again! It was that good!
