Prime 141 celebrates the love of food and friends!

Our menu pays homage to American steakhouse classics at the same time encourages our guests to explore innovative interpretations and nontraditional additions. Prime 141 offers an expertly curated menu that spotlights superior steaks, amazing sides, rad juice by the glass and yummy craft cocktails.

Our mood, service and menu are inspired from our culinary explorations, work and travels spanning nearly 40 years, 20 years developing world class restaurants on the Las Vegas strip, 18 years raising our family right here in Southern Highlands.

For us Southern Highlands is HOME, we want Prime 141 to be warm, welcoming, experiential, and delicious.

We chose Prime 141 to celebrate our anniversary. We both had experiences that exceeded our expectations. We are locals and recommend Prime 141. From walking through the front door and being greeted by the maître d' & having our picture taken for what turned out to be a surprise anniversary card. To the scrumptious meals and very attentive service of our waitress. My miso glazed black cod (sablefish) was tasty and juicy. The miso was savory. rich. sweet, with hints of tanginess. My wife had blackened halibut. We were both impressed by the halibut portion size and it was cooked to perfection. She took half home for next day lunch. The twice baked potato puree with crisps is to die for. Unbelievably delicious. The bread was unusual and tasty as was all of the meal. To our surprise we received an anniversary card with the photo included of us arriving. That plus a free chocolate pot de creme dessert with a lit candle brought our anniversary dinner to a close. The service was tremendous. Everything prompt and any and all questions answered. We even got a "tour" of the menu to start. We will return to try the steaks.

Great room… sneaky as wouldn’t think a strip mall would have a room with such nice finishes and service oriented staff… only been here a few times since moving nearby, but staff makes a point to remember you and make each evening special. Well done!

The food is exquisite. The service is great. It’s the place I choose when I want to introduce someone to something extra special. I bring most of my My guest to prime for 141 when I want to show them Las Vegas finest The bread is some of the best bread and the most well kept secret in Las Vegas.

Can I give 6 STARS!!! We went there to celebrate our 21st anniversary. This place is awesome!! Welcoming, cool vibe. We had The Aries martini. Our bartender, Casey, was great. The lump crab - so good. Our steaks were absolutely perfect. Gerardo, our waiter, was attentive and comped our drinks. Great ambiance. Prime 141 is definitely on my top FIVE restaurant list. Can’t wait to go back and try the Happy Hour!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Prime 141, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish.
