Prime 141 celebrates the love of food and friends!

Our menu pays homage to American steakhouse classics at the same time encourages our guests to explore innovative interpretations and nontraditional additions. Prime 141 offers an expertly curated menu that spotlights superior steaks, amazing sides, rad juice by the glass and yummy craft cocktails.

Our mood, service and menu are inspired from our culinary explorations, work and travels spanning nearly 40 years, 20 years developing world class restaurants on the Las Vegas strip, 18 years raising our family right here in Southern Highlands.

For us Southern Highlands is HOME, we want Prime 141 to be warm, welcoming, experiential, and delicious.

This was my first time at this restaurant and it was amazing..I was celebrating my birthday and the staff was so welcoming,I would highly recommend this place to all!!!

We love dining at Prime 141! They went out of their way this time for our friend’s birthdays with a special card, picture & dessert!! Great food as always.

Went for our anniversary. We sat out on the patio on a perfect evening and the atmosphere was beautiful. The hostess, service back, waiter and manager were very attentive but not too much. The food was cooked perfectly and the sides were delicious, especially the twice baked potatoe. Afterward they sent out a chocolate pudding with whipped cream and a candle. Was a nice touch. We will definitely go there again.

I decided to try this restaurant for my birthday and to my disappointment, the service wasn't on point. We waited for our food for 2 hours and the server knew we were waiting a long time, but instead of reassuring us that are food is coming out shortly and give us an explanation of why it was taking so long, she avoided coming to our table to let us know. She instead had the General Manager come to speak with us. The Manager said the kitchen was backed up but people who were seated after us got their food within a reasonable time-frame. We were also charged with a 22% gratuity with nothing comp for waiting so long. This is just not how I envisioned my bday dinner to go.

It’s a beautiful room, the service and food and presentation excellent. It is very expensive, because of this, it will be a special occasion place for us rather than a weekly visit. Had an app, two entries, 1 side, 4 drinks and dessert, over $600 including gratuity.

We chose Prime 141 to celebrate our anniversary. We both had experiences that exceeded our expectations. We are locals and recommend Prime 141. From walking through the front door and being greeted by the maître d' & having our picture taken for what turned out to be a surprise anniversary card. To the scrumptious meals and very attentive service of our waitress. My miso glazed black cod (sablefish) was tasty and juicy. The miso was savory. rich. sweet, with hints of tanginess. My wife had blackened halibut. We were both impressed by the halibut portion size and it was cooked to perfection. She took half home for next day lunch. The twice baked potato puree with crisps is to die for. Unbelievably delicious. The bread was unusual and tasty as was all of the meal. To our surprise we received an anniversary card with the photo included of us arriving. That plus a free chocolate pot de creme dessert with a lit candle brought our anniversary dinner to a close. The service was tremendous. Everything prompt and any and all questions answered. We even got a "tour" of the menu to start. We will return to try the steaks.

Great room… sneaky as wouldn’t think a strip mall would have a room with such nice finishes and service oriented staff… only been here a few times since moving nearby, but staff makes a point to remember you and make each evening special. Well done!
