Prime 141 celebrates the love of food and friends!

Our menu pays homage to American steakhouse classics at the same time encourages our guests to explore innovative interpretations and nontraditional additions. Prime 141 offers an expertly curated menu that spotlights superior steaks, amazing sides, rad juice by the glass and yummy craft cocktails.

Our mood, service and menu are inspired from our culinary explorations, work and travels spanning nearly 40 years, 20 years developing world class restaurants on the Las Vegas strip, 18 years raising our family right here in Southern Highlands.

For us Southern Highlands is HOME, we want Prime 141 to be warm, welcoming, experiential, and delicious.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Prime 141, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. This is the third time we’ve been here and it never disappoints. I went here with my family for my birthday. Everything tasted amazing. The smoked butter, the miso salmon, and the seafood platter was excellent. My daughter who is the pickiest eater ever, ate her entire filet mignon. The sides of Mac and cheese and animal fries were so flavorful. I can’t wait to come back for more!!!

We had one of the best meals I have ever had at prime 141. The meal was spectacular. Appetizers delicious entrée fabulous sides wonderful. We could not have had a better time or a better meal anywhere in Las Vegas. We will be back again, Shelley Berkley.

Great hidden gem. Good was outstanding and so was the service. You can tell they pay attention to the details. My only complaints are that it is pricey and the 22% automatic gratuity on all checks is a bit excessive.

Date Night here was nice on a Thursday evening. Food and service was unmatched. Milan our server was very attentive and everything he recommended was on point. The presentation of the food was gorgeous and the taste just as great. I will warn you of the added 22% gratuity that was added to our bill of 2 people. As i didn’t mind paying it because of the entire experience being top Notch. From service to ambiance to food really made for a great date night! We shared the $90 ribeye and mashed potatoes purée. The horoscope drinks were fun too. We shared the crab cake made out of real crab and also had the bread which was to die for. 10/10 loved it.
