   Food was very average and way over priced , did not meet expectations for a 300$ dinner.

   The food and service were excellent. We were expecting a more intimate setting and not a bar setting. The price of the food was high for the setting. We were there for our Anniversary but we weren’t even able to talk to each other because of the noise. A lot of people at the bar. Maybe our expectations were too high but even the dress was very casual with most people in jeans and shorts. We will not be back!

   Awesome work by the Prime 120 team as we celebrated my wife’s birthday. We go here a lot in the summer…just love the vibe, food, and people.

   Prime 120 is a really great restaurant for high quality food and service. We celebrated our 20th anniversary, and it was a great night sitting out on the patio, the steak and the side dishes were excellent!

   Overall it was a good experience but the service was very slow. Bartenders were great but once we were seated the service was poor

   The food and service were over the top! We will definitely return. Wonderful restaurant for special occasions and celebrations!

   Love Prime. As a frequent guest I was disappointed to have been seated behind the hostess stand. The seats are close to the bar with too much traffic. We opted to sit at the bar which is more fun but we were not provided silverware until some time after we were served. We also requested condiments that were not brought with our meal. Overall the experience was still great but for the cost and level of restaurant, I expect much greater attention to detail. Thank you.

   I have to say not close to the normal Prime 120 that I am used to. We were there for a birthday, and started with a nice greeting and a caring....nice touch and a very good server. We were seated next to the liquor room, so we were lucky enough to have the partner come and open a very drafty room 10 to 15 times throughout our dinner. My lobster was superb, and my wife's steak was tough and chewy, to say the least, although cooked perfectly. it was not a prime cut, no way! at the end a good dessert but after watching several "Sparkler" desserts pass by my wife's was just a plain presentation, guess they forgot. Never mind paying top dollar for a good meal....this, for the price, HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.

    Ally, our server, was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and attentive and made us feel so welcomed. Will definitely be asking for her the next time we go
